Wir hatten zufällig nicht nur die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, sondern das ganze Haus und den schönen Garten für uns allein. Alles da, was man braucht, außer zwei bequemen Lehnsesseln. Ruhige Lage, aber nicht weit zum Ostseestrand.

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem schönen älterem Haus, mit leicht verwildertem Garten und vielen Gelegenheiten draußen zu sitzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Was die Wohnung aufwerten würde, wäre ein bequemer Fernsehsessel, eine Duschwand(anstelle des Duschvorhangs) und ein Bett, dass nicht bei jeder Bewegung knatscht und knackt.

Ich bin etwas zwiegespalten. Wir waren mit unserer 14 Monate alten Tochter im Urlaub. Die in den Schlaf getragen werden muss und bei lauten Geräuschen schonmal wach wird. Die Holzbetten knarzen extrem beim draufsetzen sowie beim drehen. Das Kinderreisebett ist leider nicht viel besser. Die Holzplatte knarzt auch, dazu kommt dass das Gitter schmutzig ist und die 2cm Fasermatratze völlig verdreckt ist. Das muss!! dringend neu. Wenn man aber nur mit Erwachsenen oder mit etwas älteren Kindern Urlaub macht stört das wahrscheinlich nicht. Ich finde die Betten immer mitentscheidend ob man einen erholsamen Urlaub hatte oder nicht.

Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschosse mit Gartenzugang. Sie ist sauber, gemütlich und ordentlich. Die Betreuung durch die vom Vermieter eingesetzten Personen ist TOP. Wir hatten 2 Probleme. Hier wurde uns sofort Hilfe angeboten und die Probleme gelöst. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Für Gehbehinderte ist diese Wohnung wenig geeignet.Im Inserat war nicht ersichtlich dass der Eingang zur Haustüre 16 Stufen umfasst.Es ist nur der hintere Zugang zu sehen.Dieser war wegen Baustelle diesmal nicht zugänglich.Ausserdem erwarte ich eine durchlüftete und saubere Wohnung.Musste erst mal lüften und Staubsaugen da in jeder Ecke Spinnen waren.Das Bad ist ziemlich klein und der Einstieg in die Badewanne hoch.Eine Dusche wäre kein Luxus.Die Wohnung liegt auch weit weg vom Zentrum.Positiv war der Garten und die Küche sowie der kostenlose wlanzugang.

Es war alles schön, nur einen Mangel haben wir. Im Wohnzimmer gab es keine bequeme Sitzmöglichkeit zumindest nicht wenn man älter ist. Da es ja relativ früh dunkel wird, hält man sich doch etwas länger in Wohnung auf. Deshalb einen Stern Abzug.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Schlüsselübergabe und Kontakt vor Ort sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht. Sehr sauber!!! Fahrräder sind vorhanden, aber auch Platz um die Eigenen noch unterzustellen. Wohnung liegt am Hang und es gibt ein paar Treppenstufen. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die Betten. Schon etwas durchgelegen und am quietschen. Aber ansonst haben wir uns sehr wohl bei Ihnen gefühlt und hatten einen sehr gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!!!!

Leider war in der Anzeige nicht zu lesen, dass vor dem Haus 12 Stufen und hinter dem Haus 6 Stufen zur Straße sind🙄 Der Hauseingang hat noch mal 5 Stufen. Zum Glück haben wir meine Schwiegermutter nicht mitgenommen...Rollator oder Kinderwagen wäre fast unmöglich, E-Bikes mit einiger Anstrengung😬. Leider nur Wanne mit Duschvorhang.

Ruhig gelegen in einem Wohngebiet ist die Wohnung ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist groß und hell mit bequemen Möbeln. Wer viel und aufwändig kochen will sollte sich noch ein paar Utensilien mitbringen. Aber es ist alles da, was man normalerweise braucht. Zu unserem guten Aufenthalt hat auch die jederzeitige Ansprechbarkeit von Eigentümer und Verwalterin beigetragen.

Großzügige Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern, großem Wohnzimmer und einer gut eingerichteten Küche. Sehr sauber. Der einzige Minuspunkt für meinen Mann und mich war das Badezimmer. Keine Dusche sondern eine Badewanne mit Duschvorhand. Leider haben wir das nicht so richtig bedacht. Klebender Duschvorhang am Körper, da graut uns jetzt noch. Aber was solls, alles andere war super. Im Frühjahr/Sommer kommt der Garten noch dazu - wunderbar. Man sollte bedenken, daß das Haus auf einer Anhöhe liegt und ca. 1 km vom Hafen entfernt ist.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, jedoch störte uns der "Berg". Der Weg zum Strand und zu Lokalen etwas weit und anstrengend. Die Ausstattung ist soweit ok, der Garten müßte besser gepflegt werden. Trotzdem eine Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen.
