Appartamento piacevole e confortevole, a due passi dal centro di Noto, con delizioso ampio terrazzo. Letti comodi. Proprietario gentile, disponibile e accogliente. Ogni stanza è dotata di aria condizionata. Vivamente consigliato: ottimo per famiglie, con possibilità di parcheggiare nelle vicinanze e raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti il duomo e il corso.

Tutto soddisfacente, qualche presa di corrente non funziona, ma ce ne sono abbastanza nel appartamento.

Great layout, adequate bedrooms for a couple or a small family. Outside space on the terrace was a bonus. Good facilities to prepare simple meals. Really convenient location with walking access to centre. Parking is available on the road a few metres from the house.

Can be a little noisy with sounds from neighbouring properties and vehicles passing right outside the front door, but given the location this is manageable.

The house is exactly as in the photographs and has been recently refurbished with new fittings, furnishings, wiring and plumbing throughout and a well-equipped kitchen. The terrace is an especially attractive feature and the decor is simple and traditional. The beds are IKEA standard and we found them comfortable. There are new air conditioning units in each of the main rooms which also provide heating. Closing shutters for privacy and noise reduction - as is normal in a Mediterranean home - inevitably means that the interior is dark but the lighting is good. The location is an easy ten minute walk from the main historic centre and in an area that felt safe, with a supermarket and good cafes nearby.

The stairs are a little steep but handrails are provided for their full length and we had no problems. There are ample and well-located light switches except that a switch for the main bedroom light at the top of the stairs from the terrace (or a smart bulb) would help as it takes a little while for eyes to adjust to the change in light. The house fronts a narrow street and mopeds can be noisy - but that must be the same throughout Noto.
