Tolle, traumhafte, idyllische und absolut ruhige Lage. Schönes, sehr ruhiges, aber (leider) ein wenig spartanisch eingerichtetes Zimmer. Parkplatz in der Nähe der Unterkunft (Fussdistanz). Die Thermalanlagen sind wunderschön in die Landschaft und Natur eingebettet. Tadellose Sauberkeit. Tolles Abendessen mit frischen Produkten und sehr guten Weinen aus der Eigenproduktion. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal (Reception und Restaurants).
Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Produkte waren hausgemacht. Leider hatte es zu viele und zu wenig salzige Speisen.

Wellnes Angebote sehr gut. Ein wunderbarer Ort um zu entspannen.
Die Zufahrtsstraße benötigt etwas Liebe, durch die vielen Schlaglöcher wohl nicht für jedes Auto geeignet

Spa: the staff there, including the massages.
Amazing surroundings, great pools, really unique. Clean common areas.
Restaurant: great km0 menu, at least 1 vegetarian option per course, changing daily!
Hotel: great to have animals and nature all around.
Don't expect modern entertainment, practically disconnected from the world as there is no WiFi and no phone service, no tv.
Bedroom: the bed was quite horrible, uncomfortable, no extra blanket or pillows. Mattress with springs, way too hard. One window had no possibility of shading, so in the morning there would be light and people passing by from the neighbouring rooms. No option to turn on the heat, room was cold. The room was dark and humid. Also some bugs, but to be expected since we were in the middle of a forest.
Breakfast: the menu options/payments are not well explained. The food was good, service could be improved a little to match the food!
In general too expensive for the room offered.
No option on booking to have breakfast or spa entry included in the price, everything was additional. I would have loved a package deal, at least with breakfast.
