A hidden gem!

It was the perfect place to detach from the world! No need to leave. The spa treatments were amazing and the restaurant was incredible. Not your place if you need all of the frills, but if you are looking to relax, recharge and ‘find yourself’ look no further- you are here!

No AC in the rooms. It was fine at this time of year, but I imagine it would be uncomfortable during the heat of the summer.

They've made a wonderful peaceful haven, but the values don't seem to be upheld.

Spa has sauna and steam, as well as pools which is great, breakfast and dinner were just OK, but lunch menu, food and service was brilliant. Treatments are great but pricey. Tea and yohurt in the spa. Rooms have no wifi, TV or aircon/heating, and bath products in sachets.

Noise from other guests in rooms but you can't drown it out as there is no TV or wifi - people on mobiles everywhere in the spa water, even talking. Smoking is allowed in places (walked to our room via people smoking out the front). If I went again, would go for the spa day and lunch, rather than book a room and stay for dinner. You get the best of the place with lunch and spa day. There is also a no reserving of towels on sunbeds policy, again not this is not upheld so couldn't get a bed (even tho towels with no people on beds all day) Given they promote health, wellness and tranquillity, and you pay very well for this privilege, I think they should do more to deliver that promise.

Delicious, fresh breakfasts and dinners with ever changing menu to delight your palate. Friendly staff. Attention to details. Remote stay surrounded by nature. Thermal pools are must to visit.

Luxury and peace

Beautiful setting, even though the spa was busy it was always possible to find a quiet spot to relax. The food was exceptional and service friendly and informative. Our room was lovely, clean and large with plenty of space.

Literally the only thing we can fault is the condition of the access road in a few places which was quite bad. we just had a small car and it was very difficult to manoeuvre certain parts of the road without doing any damage.

Restaurant and Spa saved the trip

Spa: the staff there, including the massages. Amazing surroundings, great pools, really unique. Clean common areas. Restaurant: great km0 menu, at least 1 vegetarian option per course, changing daily! Hotel: great to have animals and nature all around. Don't expect modern entertainment, practically disconnected from the world as there is no WiFi and no phone service, no tv.

Bedroom: the bed was quite horrible, uncomfortable, no extra blanket or pillows. Mattress with springs, way too hard. One window had no possibility of shading, so in the morning there would be light and people passing by from the neighbouring rooms. No option to turn on the heat, room was cold. The room was dark and humid. Also some bugs, but to be expected since we were in the middle of a forest. Breakfast: the menu options/payments are not well explained. The food was good, service could be improved a little to match the food! In general too expensive for the room offered. No option on booking to have breakfast or spa entry included in the price, everything was additional. I would have loved a package deal, at least with breakfast.

Non ho che belle parole per il soggiorno fatto presso la struttura. Tutto perfetto, dalla pulizia impeccabile, alla gentilezza dello staff. Un weekend preoccupazioni zero, immersi nella natura e nelle terme naturali a rigenerarsi. Ottima esperienza anche dal punto di vista culinario, e consiglio vivamente di mangiare presso la Fattoria. Tutto ottimo, fresco, e si vede la cura dietro ogni preparazione - ogni piatto è fatto da loro, con materie prime della fattoria. Ho apprezzato tantissimo anche la disponibilità della cucina a elaborare variazioni al menù per la mia intolleranza al lattosio. Posso solo dare il massimo ... e la lode. Stiamo già pensando a quando tornare.
