La Cerreta - Terme di Sassetta

Die Terme war wunderschön, ein wirklich außergewöhnlicher Platz, aber die Unterkunft entspricht überhaupt nicht dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

In diesem total überteuerten € 172,- pro Nacht und Person!!! Häuschen gab es keinen Kühlschrank….bei der Hitze ein Alptraum und auch sonst keinen Komfort! Man zahlt hier für den Deckmantel von Bio und Nachhaltigkeit! Anreise über einen krassen Feldweg….armes Auto…na gut! Koffer schleppen über einen Waldweg-ohne Hilfsangebot der Unterkunft!! Und echt krass viele Bremer-ohne Insektenschutz konnte man nicht vor die Türe gehen, aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nix!

Posizione stupenda,personale ,pulizia eccellente, Struttura che “obbliga”mantenere silenzio!!! Sono stata fortunata perché non ho trovato le famiglie con i bambini.

Apertura Reception alle 9. Ho avuto un emergenza per la partenza e ho trovato reception chiusa. Dopo le ricerche la signorina era scocciata e scortese.

Spa: the staff there, including the massages. Amazing surroundings, great pools, really unique. Clean common areas. Restaurant: great km0 menu, at least 1 vegetarian option per course, changing daily! Hotel: great to have animals and nature all around. Don't expect modern entertainment, practically disconnected from the world as there is no WiFi and no phone service, no tv.

Bedroom: the bed was quite horrible, uncomfortable, no extra blanket or pillows. Mattress with springs, way too hard. One window had no possibility of shading, so in the morning there would be light and people passing by from the neighbouring rooms. No option to turn on the heat, room was cold. The room was dark and humid. Also some bugs, but to be expected since we were in the middle of a forest. Breakfast: the menu options/payments are not well explained. The food was good, service could be improved a little to match the food! In general too expensive for the room offered. No option on booking to have breakfast or spa entry included in the price, everything was additional. I would have loved a package deal, at least with breakfast.
