The apartment has amazing views and the bed is very comfortable.

There was a major issue with the alarm going off when I arrived late at night. The company were very unhelpful, unable to give me instructions or any assistance and falling to respond to messages. It was only the intervention of the local police who contacted the alarm company direct which resolved the matter. I received no further communication about this issue for the rest of my stay. The kitchen was not well equipped. There was not a single knife that could be used to cut anything (like cheese, bread etc) There was no welcome pack/apartment information and the WiFi did not work despite There being a modem apparently turned on. It was cold at night, the only heating being via the Air Conditioning units, this failed to heat the main living area at all as this was open plan with large glass balcony doors. The main bedroom did have a radiator -why was there not one in the living area? The balcony cushions had been left outside and were moldy. The bathroom was neatly fitted into a small space but there was mold on the back wall.
