Near Barcelona, framed in a privileged area, our property offers families and groups of friends separate accommodations to enjoy a relaxing stay in an incomparable setting away from the city. Enjoy the sound of birdsong, the wind in the trees and contemplate the views to the noth, which include the mighty Montseny mountain range.
Can Sant Joan is a privately owned 20,000 m2 property on the slope of a mountain in the middle of a forested nature preserve, with many pines, oaks and native plants. It is located inside the Natural Park " Serralada Litoral " between the regions Vallès and Maresme. Even though Can Sant Joan is in the middle of nature, it is 2 miles away from the entrance to the C- 60 connecting the A7 and C -32. There is also a railway connection in Granollers (8 km) and Mataro (12 km).
Inside the property there are two independent houses with a separation of about 100 m . Both houses are located at the end of a private road, 400 meters away from the road Parpers, which connects Mataró and La Roca del Vallès.This is a little transited road favoured by local bicycle enthusiasts.
The property is fully fenced and each house has its own parking space and its own thatch covered barbecue area. Both houses have wireless Internet access and are wheelchair friendly.

La casa esta muy bien!
Lo único que no pone en el anuncio es que la piscina se comparte con otra casa de la misma finca. En la otra casa había gente joven i hemos estado muy agusto!
El propietario i su hija han sido flexibles con los horarios, i muy amables con todo!
Muy recomendable para desconectar de la ciudad!

Hemos estado 8 adultos y 2 niños, y la Xispa. Todo genial. Calçotada, fiesta de cumpleaños, Carnaval... Y karaoke. Nos quedó completo el fin de semana. La casa es completa, cómoda y sin ruidos. Se duerme genial. Como no tuvimos ningún problema no tenemos ningún pero. Quizás le puede faltar algún camino rural para pasear sin tener que bajar a la carretera. O no lo supimos encontrar. Queda apuntada para futuras salidas. Gracias por todo.
