The property was as expected, clean and comfortable. The staff really accommodating, they let me check in later then what was allowed as I was driving from Civitavecchia after arriving on the ferry from Sardinia.

Excellent sound proofing. One would never know there were planes so near. The bed was ok.
It pretends to be a guest house but it’s really just a private room. And it pretends to offer breakfast but it’s really just sugary cakes under covers. No breakfast is served. The coffee was good though. But the biggest problem is that transport to and from FCO airport is expensive (35euros). Since a good bus to the centre of Rome only costs 6 euros, that is a ridiculous amount of money to pay and negates the point of staying in Fiumicino, unless the accommodation provides a shuttle- which this place does not.
