during Ramadan things were well organized and clean overall.

the bus sometimes didn’t show on the way back but mostly was available. it’s still a long walk from the drop off to the haram.

*I travelled for Umrah duties More Efficient Staff interaction at the reception , better communication and active listening English speakers needed, not all guests speak Arabic Bus schedule to be followed as per the bus timetable provided, most of the times we had to pay our own taxi ; we knew that bus shuttle is provided as part of the services and we did check that before traveling however once on the spot the trips and timings are not regular/clearly happening Other neighbors to respect other guests . A lot of shouting , running between corridors by kids, especially during rest and sleeping hours
