The cottage is nestled in the forest, quiet and peaceful, with no neighbors. There's a terrace with a beautiful view of the meadow. The cottage offers plenty of space. The stairs to the second floor are steep, but that's to be expected. The kitchen is quite well-equipped, with a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a stove. There's a washing machine in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi worked very well. You can communicate with the cottage staff using basic English
There was no umbrella, so the terrace was very sunny in the afternoon. The barbecue and table and chairs on the terrace need cleaning or replacing. (A newer bench and a low, elongated table in front of it are perfectly adequate for enjoying the terrace.) We didn't find a toaster or a coffee maker.
