buena ubicacion si tienes medios de transporte propios, junto a un bosque y proximo a la playa en coche. completas las instalaciones de la cocina, y agradable el entorno de la vivienda

L'intera casa ha un giardino con parcheggio interno, possibilità di ricoverare le nostree-bike. La casa è in ottima posizione, molto tranquilla, a ridosso del parco di Porto Selvaggio. La pulizia era totale, la cucina spaziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario. WIFI presente. Due bagni comodi. Ampi spazi all'esterno con possibilità di barbecue. Il proprietario; Boris, accogliente e disponibile a qualunque esigenza. La casa è stata ristrutturata con finestre con doppi vetri, condizionatori in ogni camera. L'abitazione è green: solare termico e fotovoltaico. Ottimo punto per escursioni sia al mare, fantastico, che alle città, Lecce, Nardò, Gallipoli ecc.
Magari metterei un piccolo forno a microonde.
