Calm and relaxed

Clean room, quite equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Good apartment for family of 4 (two kids and two adults).

I Quite small room for kids (with two separate beds). I would say that adult would not be able to stay there. Missing very basic staff (in my opinion, like a pack of soft kitchen paper towel). Adding those would make stay more comfortable.

In general, we liked staying in the apartments. We rested and had fun.

The apartments are clean and cozy. There is an opportunity to prepare food in the kitchen. A huge plus is the presence of air conditioning, which helps a lot in hot weather! Hot water in the shower, as a pleasant addition and the ability to watch TV, who is interested.

Unfortunately, the internet provided by the apartments was very weak. It was not enough for normal use even by one person. So I had to buy a local SIM card. And the the web is not safety enough.

Location is great, a few minutes walk to the sea. Host friendly and helpful. Apartament was clean and spacious.

Extra charge for towels and bedding was quite surprising. I stayed a few other apartaments in IT and nowhere else was this charge imposed. WiFi connection quite poor and had to reconnect many times during the day. Uncomfortable beds in childrens room. No sponge, washing up liquid or kitchen towels, bottle opener to make using the kitchen more convenient.

Personal muy atento (tanto por WhatsApp como en persona), apartamento amplio y bien equipado, buen funcionamiento del aire acondicionado y parking gratuito en frente del apartamento.

El olor del apartamento no era el más agradable, la vajilla estaba muy sucia y el hecho que las sábanas y toallas se tenian que pagar como un extra a parte.

Splendido posto e vacanza rilassante

L'appuntamento era molto bello e silenzioso, con l'aria condizionata che con il caldo di questi giorni non è da sottovalutare, ubicazione fantastica a 15 minuti dal mare, e negozi vicini.

La parte peggiore ma non riguarda di preciso il posto internet molto lento. Invece cosa che mancava nell'alloggio era uno scola piatti. Cosa non di Vitale importanza ma utile da avere

Die Lage der Apartments hat mir sehr gut gefallen – nicht weit vom Stadtstrand, aber abseits der Abendveranstaltungen. Man findet immer einen Parkplatz. In der Nähe gibt es einen großen Supermarkt, den man zu Fuß erreichen kann.

Schön wäre es, wenn im Apargmen eine Spülmaschine vorhanden wäre.

La possibilité de récupérer les clés à toute heure. La réactivité de l'hôte en cas de question Appartement plutôt bien équipé et disposant de la clim (fort appréciée).

L'absence de terrasse pour déjeuner ou dîner. A notre arrivée le sol était sale mais cela a tout de suite été corrigé par l'hôte

il personale gentile, sono stato trattato molto bene...

All'entrata nella casa c'era un profumo di chiesa... aveva quell'odore di quando si entra... scale all'entrata sporche e piene di ragnetti/formiche/ragnatele. Lasciando perdere ciò... all'entrata in bagno c'era un odore di fogna abbastanza nauseante, però tutto sommato era pulito, in cameretta letto con coperta macchiata di bianco (non voglio nemmeno sapere cos'era) e sotto neanche le lenzuola, te le devi portare tu... asciugamano anche... te le devi portare tu. Entrata nella cameretta dove ce il balconcino... stanzetta normale tranne il balcone completamente sporco e mai pulito.. tutto sommato io ho dormito 2 giorni, rimango soddisfatto per la signora che ci lavora davvero gentile, appartamento adatto per chi non ha tante pretese.

Die Dame, die die Rezeption verwaltet Valentina ist außergewöhnlich herzlich, man fühlt sich schon direkt heimisch, ohne überhaupt die Unterkunft gesehen zu haben. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet hatte eine tolle Espressomaschine mit ausreichend Kaffee eine Einbauküche mit großen Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach. Theoretisch auch nutzbar für fünf Personen.

L'unica mancanza è un terrazzino per poter cenare/pranzare fuori. Comunque la sala da pranzo è molto grande e sostituisce questa mancanza.

Personale gentile e disponibile

Ho apprezzato la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale che ha saputo tempestivamente risolvere la perdita d'acqua causata da un'anomalia del condizionatore e, avermi dato la possibilità di fare il check-in con un pò di anticipo (avendo un neonato di 10 giorni con noi). Grazie ancora.

L'appartamento assegnato era diverso rispetto a quello delle foto. Avrei gradito fosse più pulito. Nel complesso un buon appartamento.
