Overpriced for what you get.

Great breakfast and nice staff

The standard room is very small and looks a bit like an Ibis Hotel. Missing little details. Breakfast and spa in the other building.

Bad experience this time

The exterior of the building and bathroom were nice and the room was cleaned well

Our stay was terrible.. It started already at arrival. The Fuxbau building was closed and we had to go to a different hotel around the corner. There they told us how to enter the Fuxbau building but the description was so unclear it took us 30 minutes walking in the cold with all of our luggages and a baby of 4 months old. We called them several times and even though the receptionist were around the corner they didn’t bother to help us. Then when we entered the room, it was so small. The bed was against the wall which means one person could not go easily out of the bed at night. Not so comfortable with a baby.. The curtains are translucent and there was no chair in the room.. In the morning the breakfast was in the other hotel so you had to walk in the cold to get there. Honestly, we stayed at Fuxbau a couple of years ago and we booked this again because the breakfast was so good in our last experience. This time, in the other hotel, it was okay but nothing special. The parking garage they offered us last time isn’t available anymore and you can only park at the public parking. All these things together made are stay very unpleasant and not worth the price.

Good location, clean hotel with friendly staff.

Friendly staff. We could have an early check-in which was convenient because a thunderstorm was forecasted and we were on a hiking trip. So it was nice to be inside during the bad weather. Good shower.

No table in the room. Steep stairs to the sleeping platform in the room which was only a matress and no real bed. Quite expensive.

Bathroom is big.

We arrived the complex and were told to do check in at a different hotel. It was very confusing, especially in a snowing day. Food is extremely expensive. Our room is not as modern and new as we expected and it had an unpleasant smell.

Perfect

This was our second stay in Fuxbau, and not the last. Everything is perfect. The apartment is clean, modern, with all the necessary equipment you need. The surroundings are stunning and it is a good starting point for hikes. They also prepared a nice bed and bowls with silicone pads for our dog.

Fine stop over with excellent restaurant

Delicious breakfast. Super and creative restaurant and food. Friendly staff in particular in the restaurant. Modern setting. Could charge my EV close to the hotel but relatively expensive.

A EV charging card of the hotel in the garage. My card did not work here. Missing chair in the room. Room cramped. Lack of solution for day curtains since we were really close to other apartments visually: a bit in a fish bowl!

The location is great and the apartments are modern.

The check-in process was a disaster. We were told the breakfast was fully booked for the week but we could order to the room which we did and the breakfast was not delivered. Called the front desk and were offered to go to the resturant which was empty. Additionally, it was not possible to have dinner at the property. The village is small and doesn’t have many food options as the hotel doesn’t keep space for guest.

Amazing, fully equipped apartment with a great view and included sauna

We had an awesome stay at Fuxbau. Everything was top notch or exceeded our expectations. The apartment was big, had a nice view and had a really well equipped kitchen. We also made heavy use of the sauna that is located in the bathroom. One last big plus is the nice restaurant / bar in the ground floor. We really enjoyed our stay and will hopefully be back soon!

The bed could have been a little bit more comfortable in my point of view. It would also have been great to have bedding without feathers.

Very modern well provisioned apartment. Having a private sauna was a lovey addition.

Super séjour ski & détente !

Super séjour ! Appartement très agréable avec un sauna pour se détendre après une journée de ski. Emplacement idéal, proche des pistes, dans un petit village très sympa. Parking public pratique à proximité. Personnel accueillant et attentionné. Je reviendrai pour sûr !
