JoSchi Almhütte Hochkar

Like the place, already went there twice, very comfortable and also convenient to go skiing. You can find in kitchen everything you need - maybe only take some washing-up liquid for cleaning the dishes.

The toilet door are not easy to close (this didn't change since two years ago), but it is ok.. more important is that the entrance door lock to the cottage is quite difficult to lock or unlock - really need to be repaired

There was plenty of room in the Almhutte and it had lots of character. There were beautiful views from the area in the morning.

We were delayed by earlier travel issues and tried to call 20mins after check in time, but no answer. We had some exchange through email but told a colleague would appear next morning. No one in the village knew the exact location of the lodge. We had to resort to trying lots of property doors in the dark and eventually found the Almhutte. A sign would benefit future travellers or more information in advance of arrival.

Awesome location, very cosy, very helpful staff, I can fully recommend it and hopefully will get there again. Very close to slopes and lifts.

uncomfortable beds (matrasses), lack of wardrobes, cannot recommend for stay with babies (no equipment), tons of snow falling all the time :), we had to clean the way / stairs by ourselves.
