Everything was as expected. The facilities were comfortable and clean. No problem with a late check-in. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The room was warm and cozy.
The musty smell is normal for a cave, and not strong, easy to get used to. Not a great place for viewing the balloon flight. It's best to make the short drive to Göreme. Lighting was a bit on the dim side, but added to the cave experience.

Excelente lugar, hermosa construcción de cuevas! Hermosa experiencia!
