Der Ausblick und die ruhige Gegend

Das Haus ist hellhörig, die Personen im ersten Stock waren beim Duschen nicht zu überhören - sie waren bemüht nicht allzu laut zu sein. Der Hund allerdings ist morgens wach gewesen und ich hatte gemeint er springt auf meinen Kopf. Ich würde empfehlen beide Wohnungen zu mieten mit Personen mit denen man sich abspricht, wann man zu Bett geht bzw. aufsteht um Aktivitäten durchzuführen. Ich war den ganzen Tag am Meer und habe den Pool nicht genutzt - bei unterschiedlichen Interessen und Alters könnte es zu einem Problem werden.

Apartment on the ground floor is very big, comfortable and clean. The pool was also very nice. The house is in the quiet area of Punat and we had a wonderful weekend. Also, Danijel was a great host. 👌 Hope to come back again and stay a bit longer.

The apartment is in a very nice and quiet location close to the public beach. There is a supermarket close by. The owner leaves next door and is always available to help. He is looking after the pool and the well being every day.

we were not happy with noisy guests living in the second apartment on the first floor. As it was recommended for a family stay, we didn't expect to have a party every night. We had to close windows to limit cigarette smoke and noise coming from the terrace and pool.
