We really loved this hotel. The room was very clean and tidy and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel felt really safe and was super close to the action of Taipei whilst being in a nice quiet alley. We had a room with no window and that didn’t bother us at all because the ventilation and air conditioning system was good. The shower was also hot and powerful. We would definitely recommend especially for the price. Yes the check in was a bit more lengthy than other places we stay but they are always contactable by WhatsApp and as long as you follow the instructions it’s totally fine.

Room is good and clean. Location
The check in process can be horrible although the place is nice, makes you want to give up the "pleasure" of staying stuck outside 1.5 hours
. On Agora there is auto payment but not on booking which they only mention on a long message without notifying this.
On Agora they did notify.
Also their door code didn't change although it's wrong, the whatsapp link don't work and one of the line agent is not patient or nice if something is not clear. The other was charming and helpful (when I finally manage to catch them)
I can offer you put a direct support phone on the desk but as you don't even take my other advices I won't believe you would.
