A beautiful property in an incredible rural setting. Feels like you are away from everything but actually only 10 minutes to the nearest town. The secret river swimming spot is amazing.

beautiful countryside, the house was right beside a river. Good walks, spacious house with lots of separate areas to discover and enjoy. pool right next to the house, good with small children. Trees and grass. Perhaps could do with another bathroom, 2 for 8 people was a little short. Some kitchen stuff was old but all in all I highly recommend it

We were a family group with young children and grandparents, and we all enjoyed staying in this old Catalonian farmhouse. It was a good base to explore both the Garrotxa region and also Girona and even the coast. We didn’t have the best weather (spring 2025 in Spain has been super rainy!) but Esteve was helpful to provide heaters for us. We still enjoyed walking on the local trails as well. The house itself preserves it’s historic charm but also had everything we needed for comfort. The kitchen and bathrooms were very good. We would definitely recommend for a peaceful stay off the beaten path.

The castle is absolutely magical. It has an incredibly welcoming energy and situation in nature. Lots of great hikes from the door and a perfect place to lounge, read books and relax. We would highly recommend anyone thinking about staying in this place to dive in. Esteve was fantastic with all communications as well, a pleasure to deal with. TT
