Charming, clean hotel with stunning views!
This is a very charming hotel with super clean rooms, comfortable beds, and very nice, friendly service. Some of the rooms have a stunning view of the pueblo. It's located less than .4km from the zócalo. Great value, quiet, and safe! Very nice owners.
They were not serving coffee, but the owner offered to get coffee and pastes for us in the morning!

A very solid option
Excelent sevice at the reception! Really good value for price we paid. The place is really cosy and nice. As hotel is on the hill, our room had a beautiful view to the city.
We asked for additional blankets, but we were said they din not had ones. I think it would be good to have this amenity, as it's rather cold in the night. They neither had heater in the room. The water in the shower was barely warm in the morning.

Las instalaciones no están mal, pero todo lo demás es terrible
El servicio pésimo, desde que llegamos nos querían cobrar una comisión extra por usar la app de Booking y no nos querían respetar el precio que se reservo, hablaron con el gerente y parecía que nos hacía un favor, aunado a eso nos dieron la habitación más pequeña y fea, no había agua, solicitamos nos ayudarán y el encargado dormido y súper grosero no quería ayudarnos, al día siguiente en dónde estacionamos el carro nos encerró una camioneta, se puso muy pegada detrás nuestro y cuando pedí al encargado que si podían moverla, no sabía ni de quién era, no me ayudó en nada y tuve que ir tocando en las habitaciones para encontrar al dueño que jamás salió, por culpa de eso llegué tarde a mi compromiso. Todo mal, no vuelvo a regresar a ese hotel!!
