The staff and owner were truly exceptional—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel itself was excellent: very well maintained, comfortable, and clearly cared for. The food was also amazing. The location couldn’t have been better. An overall perfect stay—highly recommended. 10/10.

The stay at the hotel was way too short. We could have booked a longer stay. It was super difficult to leave and return back home.

Unfortunately, the price does not match the quality. The fridges in the rooms were turned off, and to have them switched on we had to ask at the reception — but no one informed us about this at check-in. When we tried to call reception, no one answered the phone. The outdoor jacuzzi was closed. When we asked why, the answer was simply: "No one asked to open it." There was supposed to be a playroom for children, but it turned out that it doesn't exist yet — even though there are signs pointing to it. The rooms are very basic. Towels were small and already quite worn out. Breakfast was poor — the only hot food available was sausages, and they ran out quickly. Staff were slow to refill anything. The fruit looked old and unappetizing, like leftovers from the day before. Overall, it felt like the hotel was trying to cut costs on everything, despite charging a relatively high price. We were very disappointed.
