    Place was ok but the water temperature fluctuates from way too hot to cold constantly its pretty frustrating. Couldn't even enjoy the shower. They also don't have tubs its shower only. Breakfast wasnt bad either you just have to have your ticket to prove your a guest and in my opinion thats kind of retro... staff was kind, all in all it wasnt too shabby.

    We booked a stay 2 weeks in advance at Quality Rodeway Inn & Suites in Ontario Oregon and prepaid for the reservation through Agoda.com. while checking in, we discovered that our reserved room was given to another guest. We were then directed to a pet friendly room even though we were traveling without pets. When we opened the door to the room, we were immediately assaulted by an odor that was not pet related. Next we saw that the bed had a large number of flies crawling on it. A closer inspection revealed several spider webs with fly carcasses in the window and window Track. The base board and floor looked like it had been neglected for some time. The air conditioner was the last straw. The filth that that could be seen through the vents was gross and the smell that was coming out of it was sickening. We notified the desk clerk that the room was unacceptable. He offered another room, however we were told previously that we had the last available room. He then offered us a $10 gift card in lieu of a refund. The owner was on the premises and was aware of the situation but did not address us directly. There are 4 other motels in the immediate vicinity. All of which were a little more expensive but at the time had no vacancy. Needless to say we had to find other accommodations elsewhere.
