AGREABLE - BEAU TEMPS - BELLES VISITES DANS LA REGION

LE CALME - L'EMPLACEMENT - LA PROXIMITE DE LA VILLE VALOGNES-

2 fenêtres étaient indiqués, NE PAS OUVRIR, car ancienne, et très mauvais état- essuie tout au bas des fenêtres pour empêcher l'air de passer. Vieille batisse, donc plafonds très hauts, et manque de chauffage pour les soirées qui étaient quand même assez fraiches ainsi que les matins. Nous avons été obligés de demander un radiateur d'appoint (électrique) chaudière en panne. Pas de chauffage, donc ça sentait le renfermé, les vêtements avaient pris l'odeur. Au bout de quelques jours remontées des fosses (égouts, wc). Tiroir sous le lavabo, n'ouvrait pas. Manquait ampoule dans le four. Petite TV ancienne. Chaise extérieure manquait une vis (dangereux). Par rapport au prix de location, investissements à prévoir. Remettre au gout du jour. Tout l'ensemble un peu vieillot. Dans son jus. Rapport qualité/prix trop élevé. Nous étions 4 (2 couples) au lieu de 6, car le 3ème couple l'épouse est décédée en novembre d'un cancer. Aucun geste commercial n'a été fait par l'hote.
