The location was brilliant , the hot tub , and the staff

It wasn’t as clean, knifes, plates, and cutlery was dirty. It didn’t have any cleaning products. They gave us the wrong lodge at first, but they moved us to a different one but not he one they showed while booking

Great location, short walk from the harbour which has a lovely cafe. We booked two harbour premier lodges with 3 people each. We spent all our time in one chalet and it still felt very spacious. Would absolutely stay again!

Only thing was the kitchen equipment wasn’t great and not much counter space to prepare food. Knives were very very blunt in both kitchens. Also bring toilet roll as there’s only one roll!

We enjoyed the homely feel about the lodge(No27). The bedding and towels were all spotless Hot tub was nice but needed a bit of tlc I would recommend taking washing up liquid, dish cloth or brush

I stepped out of my car and straight in to someone's dog 💩, great after a long journey so it didn't put me in the best of moods. Smelt of dogs, didn't realise we had rented a pet friendly lodge. Hot tub, 50% of jets did not work. Some jets missing. Cover damaged, unable to open or close the cover as per the instructions because of the lack of space on one side. Toilet not attached to the wall in the main bathroom. Felt dirty, windows not cleaned in certain rooms. Cooker hood light not working. Basin tap in ensuite loose Shower riser rail in ensuite loose Turned on the kitchen tap and the nozzle fell out.
