Ilford Luxury Apartments

Apartment is very clean and tidy, very spacious, location really good, kitchen facilities are really good

I didn’t like the bed, because I was expected a queen size or king size bed, but it was 2 single beds put together, it wasn’t comfortable, air condition was not that fabulous

Spacious. Clean. Everything you need. Modern finishes. Cleaning service every four days with new toiletries and towels provided . Pleasant morning and check in staff at the ilford grand hotel around the corner.

Walls are thin so neighbours next door and upstairs can be heard. Later shift staff can be disinterested in pleasantries

the deposit took long to get back to my account I had to go back to the property to get it back

Rooms were fine. It was clean. It had everything that an apartment is supposed to have.

We messaged the property both on Booking and their email before our arrival. We did not have a response. We requested a small extra bed for our daughter. We arrived there and we asked if we were given the extra bed. The receptionist said no and they can't see this on our booking. I have explained I emailed them and not had a reply. They then said no one could do it right away, but the next evening. In the end, we were given a cot, even though I said in the email that we don't want a cot.
