Just regret it

The lady working there was nice. She wanted to give me a room on the 2nd floor.told her have knee issues So she gave me a double room on the groundfloor. Not far ftom a nice beach

I found it far, even if there are many busses to the center.. ifound it time loosing. The room needed a lot of renovation, bed not comfortable pillows so high and tough. Toilet malfunction.

Room was very clean and a lot of care had been taken to provide homely things,she made us a cup of coffee even though it wasn't included.close to restaurants, close to town with easy reach by bus,And then Rosa great host, very sweet lady who makes you feel really welcome

Unfortunately there was a bit of smell from canalisation. In the room we had two beds together instead on one large. Otherwise fine stay.

Nice proximity to split old town

Air conditioned room. The place is nice for stay. 8 min away by car to the old city.

No window to the outside from my room.(never knew when the sun came up).

Cosy en-suite room with private parking just outside Split center

The hostess was extremely friendly, despite the language barrier. Our beds were made, rooms cleaned, and towels changed regularly by the hostess. The room is situated along a main road which provides excellent public transportation links to Split city center, about a 10 minute bus journey. The private parking was also a plus so we could leave our hire car there with peace of mind.

It was a good location, at 7 minutes from the beach by car, it had like 5 parking slots so that is nice, the bed was confortable

The host didn't speak English, so it was a little hard to interact with her, but we managed it between Italian and German. The bathroom had a really bad smell from the tubes.

Lovely host, very friendly and kind. Room was very clean and a lot of care had been taken to provide homely things.

Would recommend having a car if staying here. Distances were further than expected up and down hills and on main roads so not ideal for walking. Bus service outside but not linked to google maps and I did not investigate further. Property has car parks.

Very unpleasant room

First of all it smells horrible, a sigarette smell that comes out of the walls. There's a lot of broken things, like the electric outlets which make it feel unsafe to charge anything. The walls have dirty marks on them, and so does the bedframe. We found random hairs on the ground and on the bedsheets. The bathroom is old and tiny, the showerhead didn't work poperly and had mold. The internet doesn't work. The cleaning lady just unlocked our door and walked in without knocking first, while we were still in the room. Overall very unhygienic and just a very unpleasant experience.

Great stay, close to beach which wasnot so crowded, close to restaurants, close to town with easy reach by bus. And then Rosa great host, very sweet lady who makes you feel really welcome.

The hostess Rosa doesn't speak English well, but that's not a problem (and she speaks German and Italian btw), she understands most of the things. And she makes tasty omelette! The place is some 30-40 min on foot from the city centre tho, but it's quiet at night, which is a bonus. Trstenik beach which is clean and not crowded is nearby.

Avoid room on the ground floor

- AC was cold - location was good

- ants in the bathroom and bedroom - noisy AC - bathroom window's handle was gone so the window couldn't be closed - bathroom smelled like sewer - one bedside lamp wasn't working - bathroom cupboard was damaged - shower didn't have pressure and fixture was leaking - had to pay an additional tourist tax of 4 Euro on top even though our booking said it had the tax included - false advertisement: despite what is written in the description, our room had neither a balcony nor a terrace - there was a plug next to the bed with a loose cover that came of easily and revealed cable ends - not safe when traveling with kids!

Remote control for tv and air condition not in function. Toillete and bedroom not clean enough. Nightlamp near bed not in function. Key lock on door very hardly to lock. Phone number on web site not correct. They didn't see our reservation.

Fotos de las habitaciones no representan con la realidad, mucho mas estrechas y pequeñas, la habitación nuestra, la n2, no tenia ventana a exterior. Pocos enchufes y mal posicionados.

Jätte fint och fräscht med vänlig personal! Hyfsat nära till en super fin strand och balkongen är fantastiskt med havsutsikt!

Boendet är belagt nära en väldigt stor väg som kan vara något störande när man har balkongen öppen. Men inget som förstörde upplevelsen!
