Localização excelente, a uma quadra da praia, supermercados e comércios próximos. Apartamento espaçoso e com uma TV que parece uma tela de cinema na sala, ar condicionado em todos os quartos e sala. Cozinha muito bem equipada, com micro-ondas, cafeteira, torradeira, air fryer, maquina de lavar, secar, geladeira grande, filtro de agua. Anfitrião Shawn muito prestativo e educado, é um senhor estrangeiro que se comunica melhor em inglês, mas nada que umas mimicas e um tradutor não resolva, responde o Whatzapp muito rapidamente sempre. Apesar do AP ser bem próximo a praia, e no 2º andar, me surpreendi de não ter muito barulho a noite, garantindo um sono tranquilo. Prédio com portaria 24 horas e o anfitrião nos recebeu pessoalmente as 21 hs para entregar as chaves e mostrar todo o apartamento, já com o ar condicionado ligado, uma música ambiente e com o apto cheiroso, nos fazendo sentir muito bem recebidas.

Nada a reclamar, estava tudo muito bom. Apenas uma sugestão, na cozinha senti falta de copos maiores para beber cerveja e de colherinhas para o café.

Apartamento antigo mas muito bom, camas confortáveism bem equipado. Localização nota 1000, a poucos passos da praia. Região bastante comercial, tem de tudo perto. Tv da sala parece um cinema.

Por ser andar baixo, tem bastante barulho. O prédio é bem antigo, apto também. Não aceitam visitas, então quando meu irmão que mora no Rio foi deixar minha mãe, a portaria não permitiu a subida dele.
