Trojanda znajduje się w spokojnej okolicy, tuż przy Górze Parkowej. Do centrum Krynicy-Zdroju można dojść przez park. Pokój bardzo czysty, łóżko bardzo wygodne. Jest czajnik i telewizor. Do dyspozycji dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. W ogrodzie przy domu można skorzystać z miejsca do grillowania lub po prostu usiąść i się zrelaksować.
