This is a complete space next to the main property with a private entrance, A/C, dryer/ washer, parking space, TV Cable, internet/WiFi, First AID, dresser and closet space. Towels, beach chairs and cooler for you to borrow!This premium location offers walkability to the restaurants and Super Walmart, and is about 3 minutes to Westfield Citrus Park Mall. Busch Gardens (9 miles away).

Location worked since we were visiting my brother and family for holiday in the same neighborhood.
Clean space, good furnishings, higher quality linens would have been nice. No complaints though, just a suggestion.

Maribell was a nice host. The house is very well equipped, it was freshly cleaned when we arrived and had everything we needed and more, they had some fruit and essentials (coffee, filters, water) for us on arrival, and even some chocolate on our beds. The house has plenty of dining ware, pots, and small appliances.
We received very clear instructions on the check-in process, the access code, and the Wi-Fi access. We were even allowed to drop-off our luggage early while the house was being cleaned.
I would totally recommend this house. Our family of 4 was pretty comfortable in here, and we had a Walmart within walking distance which made it even more convenient.

The interior was very nice for our needs, basically sleep and have a quick breakfast. The exterior was subpar. We were not able to use it.
