    Beautiful property, but extremely disappointing stay for the price. Bad food, poor service and poor hygiene!!! We requested early check-in well in advance, yet our room wasn’t even ready by the standard 2 PM check-in and we had to wait until around 3 PM. Breakfast was particularly disappointing and pathetic! extremely limited options every day and poor-quality food. For the price of the stay, this was nowhere near acceptable. Even basic requests were poorly handled. We requested glasses to drink water and were made to wait almost an hour because the existing glasses were being washed instead of simply providing a clean set. We also requested a late checkout due to a late flight, but this wasn’t accommodated. The location and property are lovely, but the overall hospitality, food and management is really bad!

    The 3 breakfast provided had almost no good veg options the buffet spread was not upto the mark. If ordered something it will take 45 mins minimum to fulfil your basic order. It was my birthday we ordered a brownie that too they charged us. And while filling up the form they asked reason to visit: we mentioned special occasion. Didn’t even bother to aak the occasion.
