Please note that this review is based on our personal experience, and of course, everyone’s experience may be different. We arrived at 9:30 PM and were warmly welcomed by Ana, the host. She was waiting for us with a smile, very friendly and accommodating. She showed us around the room, which was lovely—clean, cozy, and with an incredible view. The surrounding landscape was truly breathtaking, especially during sunset and sunrise. Parking was excellent, with plenty of space, and we always felt our car was safe. Just outside the room, there’s a steep hill that leads to a swimming pool and a full-sized tennis court. The hill is quite steep, so it may not be ideal for those with mobility or health issues, but it didn’t bother us. At the pool area, there were inflatables, tennis rackets and balls, basketballs, footballs—everything provided to help guests enjoy their holiday to the fullest. The pool water was on the colder side, but with the sun out, it warmed up enough to be enjoyable. We were also pleasantly surprised to find fresh grapes growing nearby, which we were able to pick and eat—a lovely touch, especially since we love grapes. At the end of our stay, we had to leave quite early, but this was no issue for Ana. She remained helpful and kind throughout our visit, always available with advice and tips for the area. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. A couple of notes that we feel should be mentioned in the property listing:     •    There is no cleaning service during the stay.     •    The steep hill to the pool may be challenging for those with certain health or mobility concerns. Other than that, make the most of your stay—relax, explore, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Ana is always there to help and make your experience special.

prachtige studio, sfeervol ingericht, goede bedden. Alles van goede kwaliteit. Er ontbrak niets. Ana was zeer vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam!! Heerlijk zwembad, mooie ligging en omgeving.

Fantastic place ! Magnificient surroundings. Charming owner Ana made us feel very welcome. Beautiful studio and tastefully decorated. Would definitely recommend Quinta das Leiras.

Dr Ana is a lovely host. Always willing to help you out and give some advice. The place is sited at a fabulous location on the mountain overseeing Santo Tirso. It has a swimming pool and even a tennis court. It was very relaxing beeing away from home, even during the COVID-19 epedemic. The place is quiet, you'll need a car to get there.

I can't think of anything worth improvement.
