Отличное местоположение квартиры

L'emplacement est très central, très calme et l'appartement est grand avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Même s'il faisait froid dehors, cela ne s'est pas ressenti dans l'appartement, tout était rénové. C'est un endroit où je pourrais revenir.

Location. It is quite close to the city center. The room is comfy and clean. wifi is ok.

Service is poor. The staff is both not trained and does not care about you. 1) Room service. I asked the manager why my room was not cleaned and why they did not change my towels within 2 days. Guess what? They told me that "according to our rules the rooms are serviced and towels are changed if the guest stays more than 3 days". WHAT?!! ( I am taking a shower at least twice a day). I asked if they have posted these rules on Bookings and they said "No! these are are internal rules". I replied that I would post about it in my feedback on Bookings and they said that they don't care about it. p.s. to spice this up a bit they own a laundry nearby. 2) Wait to register was too long. When I came they asked me to wait in the nearby restaurant for 30 mins! and buy myself a cup of coffee, cause they have other guests to register. When I asked why it takes so much time, they replied that they have one printer and need to print contracts. Which contracts? well, they are for the car rental office and they have only one printer to service both hotel and car rental clients, LOL! at least they could offer me a coffee. for free 3) No Lobby. I mean they indeed have a lobby area which is 2-3 square meters area with two iron chairs. 4) Poor hotel entrance is going through a backyard where is construction going and the sidewalk is so terrible that I had to carry my bag so that i dont destroy its small wheels.
