The location is excellent, right on the beach and next to a couple restaurants.
They only provide 2 bottles of water for the entire stay, I would have expected bottled water to be provided for each night stay.

The location is great. Food from the restaurant is great too. Staff is friendly and helpful.
We stayed in the suite with the private pool, and two things ruined it. The AC made a constant loud rumbling that shook the entire room, it never stopped, and we couldn’t sleep all night, every night. I had disturbing nightmares from trying to sleep through it. For $400+ a night stay, I’d expect to be able to get sleep.
On top of that, our private pool, the whole reason we booked this suite, was dirty at check-in and wasn’t cleaned until the day we checked out. We never got to use it.

Artemis's pool and beach areas were lovely.
Quality of breakfast not good
Dinners not up to standard at all
Room photography far better than actual offering - both our rooms looked onto a dry unattended garden and parking lot
