OK, quite old equipment, but clean with enough space for a family

It was conveniently located near the beach and a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, and more. The apartment is spacious enough for a family. The kitchen is okay, but there isn't much equipment in it.

It's quite expensive for what it is, the beach is very crowded and narrow (compared for instance with Lido di Jesolo). We also got the beach service but it was in the 16th row so you cannot even see the sea from that distace. On the other hand we found the wild beach full of peace but it was 30 minutes to walk. I just don't recommend Bibione for summer holiday if you want to relax, but someone might like it more. The apartment itself is ok, but don't expect much

A relative cheap apartment, close to the beach and shopping street

I was surprised at the reception that bed-linen not included in price. It was stated at the reservation but as small comment. Beside of this I've had to give deposit before I got the keys which was the first time of my life. In the kitchen there were no dish soap and sponge so after we arrived after 7 hours of driving I have to go immediately to the shop to buy dish cleaning accessories.

We stayed in a MONO apartment (Superior) on the 2nd floor. The apartment is modern, the bathroom has a huge shower. The balcony is also big and comfy. I could use the kitchen, it was totally fine for cooking. Dining tables can be found inside and at the balcony also. The frigo was also OK. The AC was working fine.

The bed was not comfy at all. (back pain). The AC was working fine but was so smelly. Like its dirty inside.

Superb

Close to the beach side (3 mins). Large parking lot in the garden with sun covers. Apartment is well equipped. 2 separate rooms and living room. The reception is located in another place at a tourist agency and the key collection was easy.

Older equipment in the apartment, little noisy air conditioning and noisy neighbors at nights in the other apartments.

Very good location, close to the very well maintained beach (200m), shops just outside the building. Apartment was big enough for 2 adults + 3 children, terrace, very well equipped kitchen, AC, covered parking.

Old style apartment/building (30 years ago :) ) with some small improvements. We had a nest of wasps outside our bathroom window (you can guess how hot was always in the bathroom). The policy (it's written from the beginning) is you can rent the linen and/or towels :) = 65 Eur more for 5 people or bring your own. I'm sure is not much to offer them included in the already expensive price . We "bought" an extra beach place for both apartments (we had 4 beach places in total), we would expect the agency to take care of the arrangements for the beach (4 close one to the other and as closest as possible to the sea) not to send us to solve this problem ourselves = first day beach service was closed (we arrived at 5PM+ at the beach), in the morning they opened at 8:30-9:00 (nobody knows... we asked 3 customer guys on the beach), at 9 AM we received the beach places at row 19 (out of 20) = 100m+ to the sea, very nice when your child wants to play near the water.

Pleasant

Good place for a beach vacation.

1. I have called the agency on the first day reporting 2 issues in the bathroom: 1) light was not working, 2) the shower hose was falling apart. The light was fixed the same day, but not the shower, even after email reminder. 2. Apartment accommodates 5 people, but only one beach umbrella is included. We had to purchase second beach place, which was a surprise for us.

Дуже хороші, чисті, приємні апартаменти, які розташовані близько до пляжу. Ми відпочивали з маленькою дитиною, тому це було дуже зручно.

Душова у ванній кімнаті. Двері на самій душовій дуже голосно рипіли , а вода погано стікала у водостік.

Es war okay

Besonders gut fand ich, dass das Apartment in Strandnähe lag und die Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert war.

Leider gab es viele Mängel: Die Klimaanlage befand sich nur im Wohnzimmer, war extrem laut und sehr veraltet. Alle anderen Zimmer waren in der Nacht sehr heiß, es gab nur einen kleinen, ineffektiven Ventilator. Das gesamte Apartment war altmodisch und klein. Die Dusche und das WC befanden sich in einem winzigen Raum, der bei der Ankunft nicht sauber war – wir mussten alles selbst putzen, sogar Klopapier fehlte. Ab etwa 5 Uhr morgens kam täglich die Müllabfuhr und verursachte bis 8–9 Uhr ununterbrochenen Lärm, sodass wir jeden Tag früh geweckt wurden. Es gab keine Tür zwischen Wohnzimmer und den restlichen Räumen, sodass man alles hören konnte. Alle Türen klemmten und quietschten, besonders die WC-Tür. Wir mussten selbst WD-40 kaufen, um sie zu schmieren – eigentlich eine Selbstverständlichkeit für den Vermieter. Die Dusche war undicht, sodass nach jedem Duschen der gesamte Boden nass war und man das WC kaum benutzen konnte. Für größere Personen (über 170 cm, erst recht über 180 cm) ist das Apartment sehr beengt. Aufgrund der Hitze in der Nacht und der vielen Mängel ist der Preis von rund 1.600 € für 6 Nächte aus meiner Sicht nicht gerechtfertigt.

Tolle Lage im Zentrum und nahe dem Meer, aber es sind viele Leute dort. Wenn Sie also eine Pause von den Menschen machen möchten, ist dies nicht die richtige Wahl. Die Möbel sind altmodisch, Toilette und Dusche befinden sich in einem kleinen Raum, was die Benutzung unbequem macht. Der Balkon ist groß und bietet Platz für einen Esstisch, daher ist das Zimmer für 5 Personen eng. Dieses Zimmer ist ideal für maximal 4 Personen, da der Flur mit der Küche verbunden ist und man dort nicht schlafen kann. Es gibt eine Mikrowelle und einen Föhn, das Internet ist jedoch langsam, da die Netze oft ausfallen. Am Strand stehen pro Apartment ein Sonnenschirm und zwei Sonnenliegen zur Verfügung. Das ist sehr wichtig, da es sehr heiß ist und Schatten nur in Cafés zu finden ist. Der Strand ist sauber und Märkte, Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten und Cafés sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Rauchverbot und Hundehaltung im Haus wird offensichtlich nicht eingehalten. Nachbarwohnung nebenan und über uns rauchten. Störung deshalb bei den Mahlzeiten.

Удобное расположение. Море рядом, магазины и кафе все в шаговой доступности. Мы брали двухкомнатные, была также большая терраса.

Не было чайника и кофемашина , но была гейзерная кофеварка. Для нас чайник был важен. Полотенца за отдельную плату.

Die Apartments waren sauber der Strand war nicht weit weg kann ich nur empfehlen.

Das man erst um 16 Uhr einchecken konnte da wir nachts fahren mussten weil wir kleine Kinder haben waren dann schon um 8 Uhr da und mussten dann bis 16 Uhr warten

Képeknek megfelelő. Kényelmes szálláshely.

Kiváló elhelyezkedés, tengerpart 5 perc séta, sétálóutca szintén a szomszédban. A szálláson minden szükséges dolog megtalálható volt. Klíma tette a dolgát, wifi kicsit néha akadozott de amúgy rendben volt.

A kulcs átvételekor kauciót kellett fizetni, erről tájékoztattak is. Viszont a kulcs leadásakor kérték a fizetésről szóló bizonylatot, amit érkezéskor adtak át. Szerencsére meg volt egy kis keresés után, de valószínűleg nem adták volna vissza ha ez hiányzik. Egy figyelmeztetés jó lett volna, hogy őrizzük meg.

Appartamento ampio, al quinto piano. terrazzo enorme con tavolo, sedie, lettino per prendere il sole ma sempre in ombra( almeno in maggio).Cassaforte in camera.Ventilatori a soffitto nelle camere. Aria condizionata.Finestra del bagno che da' sul corridoio.Finalmente un parcheggio fatto bene.... largo, ordinato e al coperto .

2 rampe di scale per arrivare all' ascensore. Non adatto a persone con problemi di deambulazione. Cucina senza cappa......1 mazzo di chiavi ė poco, almeno 2.

Die Lage war super. Grundsätzlich auch das Appartement. Preis/ Leistung stimmt. Für Familien tolle Größe.

Das Bett/ die Matratze war sehr unbequem und die Dusche müsste renoviert werden, da das ganze Bad nass wird beim duschen und ständiger Zeitverlust alles zu trocknen und säubern. Der Föhn ist auch sehr ungünstig und nicht für lange Haare geeignet.
