La buena atención

We received a guest information form in advance, which helped save time, and clear instructions on where to collect the keys. Although the key pickup location is not near the apartment (approximately a 20–25 minute drive by car), we were expected there, and the process was well organized. The manager was very attentive, explained everything in detail, showed the location and parking options on Google Maps, and was willing to answer any questions. The next day, we were contacted to check if everything was fine and whether we needed any assistance. When we arrived at the apartment, the heating was already on — the air conditioners were set to heating mode in advance, so the apartment was warm upon arrival, which was very appreciated in winter. Clean towels, clean bed linen (several sets), and a clean tablecloth were provided. The apartment is well equipped for long-term stays: there is sufficient kitchenware, a washing machine, a laundry basket, a clothes drying rack, an ironing board, and an iron — everything needed for daily living. The apartment itself is bright and relatively warm compared to many other Spanish apartments in winter. Without heating, the temperature was around 16°C, which is quite good. There are two air conditioners — one in the bedroom and one in the living area — which is very convenient. The kitchen is spacious and comfortable, with a bar counter and a large cooking area. There is also enough storage space in the bathroom and hallway, and the chest of drawers with a mirror in the corridor is very practical. A major highlight is the stunning sea view. From the sixth floor, there is a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. You can hear the sound of the waves, and at night you can open the window and feel the sea breeze. Nearby is the La Manga lagoon with breathtaking sunsets. The location is excellent — very close to the water and the promenade, perfect for walks.

Only one set of keys was provided, which is inconvenient for two adults, especially when returning home at different times. The intercom in the building does not work, although it is installed — there is no way to call from downstairs to be let in. The microwave is quite old, and the turntable does not rotate, which results in uneven heating of food. There is also a safe in the wardrobe, but it is not functional — even after inserting batteries, it did not work. For a longer stay, there is limited storage space for clothes: the wardrobe is too small for two people. The bathroom lacks dedicated heating or a heated towel rail, so towels tend to remain damp (which is quite common in Spain). The bathroom also requires frequent ventilation, as it is a separate temperature zone.

La ubicación bien aunque podría haber sido mejor.

El aire acondicionado del dormitorio no se regulaba bien y el motor echaba el aire caliente sobre la terraza, con lo que ésta no se podía utilizar si estaba conectado el aire. La puerta del cuarto de baño chirriaba mucho y la tuve que engrasar.

La cercanía a la playa ,la tranquilidad que hay y las vistas

Sin aire acondicionado 😢 cuando yo cuando cogí el apartamento por Booking ponía que ese apartamento tenía, aunque luego la chica que lo llevaba dijera que no,se lo comento a la que llevaba el apartamento y me dice que de todas maneras en ese apartamento no da mucho el sol,pues menos mal 🤐 xq daba desde las 15h hasta la puesta del sol,vamos toda la flama toda la santa tarde y eso que fui en junio si vas en julio ,agosto ahí no hay quien aguante con esos mini ventiladores moviendo aire caliente. Hormigas en el apartamento , lo comento en la oficina me dicen que es normal 😱 El sofá un poco incómodo La tv no se veía ningún canal porque hay canales que se ven con interferencia y otros ni se ven Me parece un poco abusivo 25 € por mascota ,cuando ni siquiera tienen un detalle con la mascota cama o bebedero
