Family of 7 spent a quiet week in August

Beautiful view and fully equipped kitchen. Walking distance to a gondola. Lots of trails and places to explore. The cottage was clean and quiet at night. Two bathrooms and three bedrooms accommodated us well.

Screens in the bedroom windows and a screen door to the back porch would have improved the ventilation. Pool was packed and closed at 6:30. Maybe extending it an hour would have helped. Overall loved it and would definitely stay again. The picnic table could use stain or a tablecloth.

All in all, we spent alsmost two weeks here and it was one of our best vacations.

The view, the cozy home, the pool all were great. The terrasse outside the chalet was perfect for dining and reading. It was the perfect vacation thanks to such a lovely home and the pool right nearby. Moreover, since our home lacked an oven, the hosts supplied us one, as well as a hair drier on the day of our arrival. As we entered the house, these additional amenities were already there. Such attention to detail and our requests is remarkable.

Only the fact that the pool closes at 11:30 and then opens again at 15:00. This made it difficult to plan swimming when we wanted to, as there were days when we stayed home and didn't go anywhere. In addition, the fact that the pool evening session is until 18:30 was also slightly early for us.

Space for all of our group to have their own room which was good. A living area and a kitchen area.

Dated interiors. Not just the Austrian style, but dated. Fridge door was broken and needed losing shut with a bag. No black out curtains (we have a baby) which meant early mornings for us. The overflow parking was a long, steep walk from the huts. As they weren’t fully booked it would be good if they were more flexible in terms of allowing people to use the empty spaces near the huts.

Relaxing holiday in beautiful nature.

Very nice, spacy, and clean chalet with appropriate equipment in beautiful environment. Pool&sauna option is a great bonus. Small shop also very practical. We liked the stay very much :)

Nice but won't be returning

Location was great - nice views. Ample parking.

House was looking "used" and needs a refresh. Deposit is large and even though cleaning is paid for seperately you have to take off all the bedsheets and do a broom clean before leaving. also the 12 euro/dog/night cost for pets is steep considering the "worn" nature of the rental.

Not worth the money

The village itself is well located. Close to main attractions around (Dachstein, lakes, etc.) The houses are somewhat crowded in the village but the concept is understandable. The view is magnificent.

The final price was much higher than stated by Booking (the difference was around EUR 180!!). Visitors have to pay a deposit which is not mentioned by Booking that is refundable in 2 weeks. Visitors are given a list of tasks they have to perform before leaving the house (strip the bed linen and place it in the hallway, etc.) and still have to pay EUR 180 for a cleaning service. Ridiculous!

The location is marvelous, the view is very beautiful but it does not worth suffering in this hotel just for the view.

This is the WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!! First of all, only book this apartment if you have extra 200 €. For some mysterious reason, the hotel charged me with more then 200 € and delivered ultimatum: either you’re paying EXTRA MONEY or canceling the booking (which was not possible because it was too late to find another housing at that time). Nobody was able to explain me, why there is one price indicated while reserving and another price that I have to pay in reality (200 € MORE!!!). Second of all, the hotel has problems with entering the housing outside of the office hours, which is almost at all times because the reception is only open 3 hours per day. Thirdly, even though the hotel charged me 13 € per person for towels and linens, I was not able to use the towels as the hotel does not ANY sanitary equipment (even though it’s during the COVID pandemic). There is no shower gel, shampoo, sanitizer or even simple soap! Fourthly, the hotel was not able to provide me with the WiFi password for 2 days and when they did, it did not work anyway. The main reason why you should NOT come to the hotel, is VERY VERY rude and unpleasant personnel. They left a letter in the room, asking me to come before 12 o’clock. When I came at 10:50, the reception was closed (again). After this they blamed me that I did not come earlier (that was fantastic, they said it’s my fault). Also the hostess tried to persuade me she called me to warn to come before 10:00 but she never did (I don’t know why they lie all the time). The last thing, the layout of the houses is not true. While reserving, it was said the house has one bedroom for 3, another for 3 and the last for 2. In the end it was 4-2-2 instead of 3-3-2 so the families with small children should be divided the very last minute because of the hotel’s lies (again???).

We were lucky to have sunny weather so that we could do hiking every day.

1 free use of cable car from the village for the whole family. There was a Czech receptionist-a very nice girl willing to help.

Due to Coronavirus issue we were allowed to use the swimming pool just once and needed to make a reservation for a fixed time in advance.

Basic cabin. Walkable to skiing and a couple restaurants. On a hill so kids can’t play on their own.

The view is nice but the windows are so small you have to work to see it.

They should at least have soap in the bathroom. The lobby is closed all afternoon and there was no mention of this before arrival! There is no after hours number.

Tegenvallend, klein en ver van de skipiste.

Fijne keuken en ruime eethoek met goed zittende eetbank.

Zithoek bij tv veel te klein; geschikt voor drie tot vier personen, in een achtpersoons huisje. De slaapkamers zijn ook klein, maar nog net acceptabel. De locatie van Haus Maxima (89) is aan het einde van het park en dus tien minuten lopen op skischoenen om de piste te bereiken. Het park grenst aan de piste, maar is dus dermate breed dat het voor ons ongunstig gelegen is.

Top-Schiurlaub

Tolle Ferienanlage mit Sauna und Hallenbad Hausgröße war super (3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, eigenen Vorraum mit Platz für die Schiausrüstung) Lage unseres Hauses war mit der Schneelage gut, da man durch ein kleines Waldstück direkt zur Piste kommt - bei weniger Schnee bzw. von anderen Häusern aus muss man schon etwas gehen Tolles Skigebiet für Anfänger aber auch für gute Schifahrer

Kein Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar Je nachdem, welches Haus in der Anlage man zugewiesen bekommt, kann die Entfernung zur Piste schon etwas weiter sein (trotzdem zu Fuß gut machbar aber etwas mühsamer) Verdunklungsvorhänge in den Schlafzimmern wären toll (für Leute die einen schlechten Schlaf haben)

Sehr spontane und schöne Feiertage

Sehr komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet, viele Küchenutensilien, bequeme Matratzen, schöner Ausblick - ein sehr feines Ferienhaus. Guter Service (Frühstücksweckerl, Skiverleih…) und die Lage in einem angenehmen Skigebiet, wir würden wiederkommen.

Eigentlich alles gut, im Vorraum ist es recht kalt - es lohnt sich, die Skischuhe über Nacht reinzustellen, wenn man warme Zehen mag. Zur Piste stapft man ein bisschen (je nach Lage des Hauses), ist aber gut machbar.

Krásné ubytování nedaloko sjezdovky

Krásné čisté domy. Plně vybavená kuchyň. Možnost využít bazénu a sauny v hlavní budově. Možnost pozdního checkoutu. Areál udržovaný, pravidelně uklizený sníh a posypané přístupové cesty. Dle toho v jaké domě bydlíte se dostanete pešky přímo na sjezdovku - řádově je to 100 - 400 m.

Nedostatek toaletního papíru - je to drobnost, ale opakuje se i v ostatních recenzích a je škoda, že toto není vyřešeno.

Der Wellnessbereich war sehr kühl und unorganisiert. In der Ferienwohnung fehlten einige Dinge (z. B. Salz und Pfeffer). Es war sehr kalt am ersten Tag, da das gesamte Haus nur durch einen Ofen geheizt wurde. Keine Erklärungen für Mülltrennung und Abreise am letzten Tag.

Sauber aber alt und abgewohnt

Die Sauberkeit war gut und die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Das Schwimmbad ist toll

Alles ist SEHR abgewohnt, die Couch im Wohnzimmer durchgesessen und fleckig. Das Haus ist extrem hellhörig. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene Personen und haben nachts gehört wenn sich der andere im Nebenzimmer umgedreht hat. Von Schlafgeräuschen ganz zu schweigen. Wir hätten trotzdem mit allem leben können aber die Betten sind unter aller Kanone. Die Matratzen waren so durchgelegen, dass keiner von uns in der Woche wirklich gut erholt geschlafen hat. Das braucht kein Mensch im Urlaub!! Zudem ist die kleine Holzterasse so ungepflegt und vermoost, dass einer von uns schwer gestürzt ist weil sie glatt wie Schmierseife ist sobald es etwas feucht ist.

אחלה מקום גם לקית וגם לחורף

המקום הוא מתחם של בקתות ליד הר דאכטשיין. הבקתות מאובזרות בכל מה שצריך, יש חימום על גז בקומה התחתונה שחימם את מעולה את כל הבקתה. מי בא בקיץ לא ימצא מזגן אבל לא יודע אם באמת צריך. היה נוף מדהים מהחלון. במחסן היה מנגל שלא הספקנו לנצל בגלל הגשם.

בתמונות נראה קצת יותר יוקרתי ממה שיש בפעול אבל עדיין אחלה מקום. מי שבא עם מזוודות יגלה שצריך לסחוב אותן בתוך שביל אבנים קטנות, סוג של חצץ, וגם כמה מדרגות. אי אפשר לחנות ליד הבקתה, רק לעצור בשביל לפרוק. האינטרנט התנתק קצת איטי אבל לא משהו שאי אפשר לחיות איתו.

Rigtig dårlig terrasse. Ingen mulighed for overdækning. Virkelig dårlige bord/bænke sæt. Absolut ikke en terrasse vi gad at opholde os på. Meget lidt sofa plads så min. 1 person måtte sidde på en køkkenstol. Køkkenstolene sad man VIRKELIG dårligt på. Meget lille pool.
