The fitness centre, valued for money and the staff.

Very spacious hotel, so you never feel crowded. The white, minimalist design creates a beautiful atmosphere, and everything is well organized and easy to access.
Honestly, there wasn’t anything we didn’t like. We had a great stay and everything met our expectations. We had a misunderstanding during the booking process and were initially placed in a different room type. However, the issue was resolved within a couple of days, and we thoroughly enjoyed our accommodation for the rest of our stay.

Very reasonably priced rooms, you get a lot for your money. Staff were brilliant so friendly and helpful. Was very nice and peaceful but that may be the time of year we stayed and being out of the school holidays. The gym was fabulous. Also the kids play area inside ‘sapplings’ is really good.
The room service food which was from the BB Lounge wasn’t great. But their special breakfasts were brilliant and the breakfast buffet was fine.

Poor restaurant facilities with limited choice.
The hotel should be described as a number of separate suites with a reception desk. There is no hotel lounge or any of the normal facilities associated with a hotel.
