The room was basic but very clean and was great value. The staff were very friendly and the location was easy to find, and had on-site parking. It was great that you could do short stays (1 - 2 nights), even in the ski season!
There was no soap in the bathroom

Arrived early but no problem to check in - really friendly staff on the reception too.
The pool is great! So fresh on a hot day. I had the evening meal and it was nice to sit with other guests, wish I could remember more of my school french but we made it work. This was one of my favourite things about staying here cause I'm travelling alone.
Slept great, then the big one - cycling up mont Cenis, perfect location to do this from and a stunning climb. Honestly not too difficult, I'm not an especially seasoned cyclist and I managed it fine. The views at the top are incredible and the descent into Italy a lot of fun.
Great value, standard simple room but clean and functional - a perfect stay here for me and my tour - thanks a lot to everyone at CIS I'll be back!
Didn't bother me but the wall lights in my room didn't work so couldn't read at night

This place is very good value for money being the cheapest on our trip but one of the best. The room was a reasonable size and would have slept 4 if needed. The highlight for me was the swimming pool which was much appreciated after a day's cycling over the mountains. We had a very good value dinner €16 including wine! Breakfast was just as good. Shout out to the very friendly staff as well.
Nothing - it was great.

Very basic, but OK for the price. Great location for the nearby nature attractions. Good bar.
Nothing to eat after 20:00. Very basic breakfast with just bread, jam and cereals. The room was really small.

Location. Room size. Very nice lady on reception
Very basic. Hard beds. No tea/coffee or tv in room. Asked to strip our beds before leaving. Bread, jam or cereal were the only breakfast options unless you paid extra.

Good location, nice pool.
Breakfast poor selection, room is very tiny.

Its's a ski resort. So you get a ski chalet to stay in. Incredible scenery, lots of chatty school kids on a trip away. Staff friendly, helpful try a bonjour, it goes a long way.
No tv but who needs that in such a beautiful place in the French alps?
Breakfast was good. i wish it could have started at 7am as I had to drive to Dieppe but still had some great French coffee local cheese bread, yoghurt fruit and cereal.

Studio room was clean, recently fitted, and nice and big for two, with plenty of space to store skis and have room left over for relaxing.
Breakfast was basic but had everything you need to start the day: museli, cereal, yoghurt, nice bread, local jams, fruits, desserts, tea, and water (and red wine!) on tap for filling bottles.
The location is good to access the ski area with two options: use either Ramasse chairlift, or use the frequent free Val Cenis shuttle buses which you can board from the very closeby stop at Pont du Folgöet and get to any of the upvalley/Lanslevillard lifts from there.
Not a dislike but you should know this is not a regular hotel. It is the kind of place large school group trips go in coaches. When there is a large group in the canteen, they moved breakfast for other adults/families to the smaller bar eating area which was good.
There was minimal staff present in off season outside normal working hours except for kitchen/bar staff. However, they were very helpful and email communication is very quick.

dirty bedding that you have to make yourself. Holes in the bed sheets and hairs in them. It wasn’t like advertised, the shared bathrooms are like a hostel or a school, the room is tiny and dirty.

very good location, You can slide down from escargot trail directly to hotel over small steep hill.
just few walking minutes away from little carrefour market.
nice and kind personal.
don’t expect good WiFi connection, we were at same time there was groups of school classes so maybe this was a reason for unusable internet.

Simple accommodations. Excellent ski facilities.
Easy parking and walking distance into the centre. All the staff were very nice and we saw staff cleaning each day (door handles, stair cases)…. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel made skiing much easier with the purchases of ski passes, ski hire and just a bit of a hill to climb to get into the slopes but definitely skiing straight back to the hotel was nice at the end of the day. My children enjoyed their experience at the hotel also.
More range for breakfast would of been nice. very basic. And a later check out than 9am, maybe 10am would be nice?

The location is wonderful. Lots to do. The rooms are simple with bunk beds. Shared bath rooms but everything very clean. Swimming pool is great!

We have stayed in the summer this time and it gives you everything you need to keep going over the short stay.
Breakfast was very basic even for a continental but this is not a deal breaker.

Good simple breakfast. Adequate and good quality food.
Beds were good. Please note that you have to make your bed at the beginning (including sheets) and remove them at the end of your stay.
The personnel was very friendly and accomodating. The pool was good (alas closed on Sunday).
The dinner price cannot be beat (€14 per adult, €10 per kid)
Our room (12A) was quite warm and maybe that was because (it seems) it was located just above the boiler room. I could only figure out how to open one side of the window (which did not have a view except for the bottom of the pine trees and the back side of the kitchen/ski room).
This might be an advantage in the winter but in the summer we had to keep the window open all night and still were hot.
The bathroom had only a small window and a ventilation fan which was always on. It was quiet enough that we did not hear it when the door was closed but of course this did not help with the ventilation and creating a breeze.
Now to be fair, it seems that some upgrading/renovation are in the planning. Other floors/rooms looked from the outside much more updated.
