Beach House Split

My two teens and I really enjoyed our stay at beach house split! The apartment was very comfortable and location is perfect, a few mins walk to the beach, supermarket is round the corner and many restaurants in the area. Sinisa was a very sweet and thoughtful host, flexible with check-in/out if possible; recommended nice restaurants and was available in case of any problems though we didn't have any. A walk to the old town is flat and about 20 mins or Uber (quick and accessible) 5 mins away. We will stay there if we visit Split again and I am recommending it to my friends and family!

Het verblijf was perfect. Ruim met 3 slaapkamers met goede bedden en een grote woonkamer met een balkon. Het verblijf heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Daarnaast is het ook nog eens gelegen in een top locatie. Dichtbij het strand en een supermarkt en op loopafstand het centrum van split. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend.

Het beddengoed was wat minder. Het was best klein ten opzichte van de grote beden. Zeker voor wat langere jongens is dit een probleem.

The location is so good. A nice walk to the beach. 20 minutes to the city centre. The owner is so nice and helpful.

I stayed at a single room on ground floor. The windows needs to be fixed. The room has a wc outside the room. The bathroom is inside and so tiny. For me it was not that comfortable because there was so little day-light. At first I thought considering the value I paid this was what I get but later I found a much more comfortable place just 8 minutes away. Maybe the upper rooms are perfect I don’t know. But single room is not a good idea.
