Beach House Split

Short walk to beach. Not too long a walk to downtown. Very roomy accommodations. Host was very friendly and accessible.

Location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach and city centre. Sinisa our host was excellent and friendly. He was very accommodating with our late check-in. We asked for parking and were given the only parking space which was off the street and very safe. We stayed in the studio which was detached from the rest of the building. It was clean, convenient and had all the essentials.

The studio was exactly as described. We were a couple and the size was a little cramped for two for an extended period, but it was great for our 3 night stay. The only place to sit is outside on the patio which is a little annoying.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped. It is located in a quiet and safe area. The apartment is a seven-minute walk from the sea and approximately 15 minutes walking distance from the Old Town. There are supermarkets, cafés, and bars nearby-> perfect location! Siniša is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided me with all the needed information and showed me around.

Expensive in comparison of the quality of the accommodation. The bathroom door did not close.

No microwave available . Had to request for kettle which we were hesitant to do for first 2 nights stay and then I had enough of boiling water on electric stove . It is about 10-15 minutes walk away from beach or other amenities but location is good in my opinion

Big room, big bathroom. Also a kitchenette. Air conditioning in the room. Close to Firule beach and Bacvice beach (both small and very crowded). Supermarket and minimarket close by. About 20-25 min walking to the center, port and Diocletian Palace.

The room was at the semi-basement of the building. No cleaning in the room or change of towels/bed sheets (we stayed 4 nights).

The location is so good. A nice walk to the beach. 20 minutes to the city centre. The owner is so nice and helpful.

I stayed at a single room on ground floor. The windows needs to be fixed. The room has a wc outside the room. The bathroom is inside and so tiny. For me it was not that comfortable because there was so little day-light. At first I thought considering the value I paid this was what I get but later I found a much more comfortable place just 8 minutes away. Maybe the upper rooms are perfect I don’t know. But single room is not a good idea.

The location is close to the beaches (5 min walking) and the host is superfriendly! Also a lot of restaurants nearby.

The appartment is a bit basic, but we were okay with that because we were a lot outside.

The studio was comfortable and clean. Also quite fresh due to location, free parking available! Walking 15 mins from Split city center and closest beach literally 5 mins walking. Restaurants and bars walking distance. Sinisa was the best host, friendly and with tons of good tips in how to enjoy the area the most! High suggested!

Comfortable bed, good shower. The hosts live on site and there are 3 or 4 other units beyond the single persons' one I stayed in. Every day Siniša asked if I needed anything and sent a lot of useful tips and advice. You can walk to the centre through peaceful back streets or along the coast in about 20-25 minutes. The sea, shops and restaurants are very close. Great value last-minute price.

Great value for money, location is excellent (very close within walking distance to beach, center and port area of Split), has own private parking place in the yard, room is very clean, Sinisa is very nice and friendly and the room pretty much has anything you need, area is also very quiet and calm, so fantastic place!

WiFi was not great at times (depends on which room you are in), but in the yard it was ok.

I stayed here at the single person unit, because it was all I needed during daily visits to the nearby dental center. The hosts were amazing, and they were checking up on me daily to make sure I am ok. They also made themselves available for anything I asked at any time.

Meine Unterkunft war ein süßes Zimmer mit Küche (Herd und Kühlschrank mit großem Tiefkühlfach) und einer Dusche und Bett und TV und Klimaanlage im Raum. Die Toilette befindet sich im Korridor direkt vor dem Zimmereingang. Das Zimmer, so wie das komplette Gebäude und Hof und Garten (was ich innerhalb meines Aufenthalts sehen konnte) war sehr sauber! Die Gastgeber geben sich große Mühe alles sauber zu halten und auf alle Wünsche und Bedürfnisse einzugehen. Die Unterkunft hat WLAN. Das Anwesen besteht aus einem mehrstöckigen Gebäude mit mehreren großen, teils überdachten Terassen und Balkonen. Außerdem gibt es einen großen Innenhof mit Grillplatz. Jeder Gast / Gastfamilie/-gruppe hat die Möglichkeit zu grillen. Es gibt viele Plastiktische mit Gartenstühlen um sich zum Essen rauszusetzen oder Kaffee zu trinken oder zum Rauchen in den Innenhof zu gehen. Als sehr angenehm empfand ich, das sobald man durch das Gartentor das Anwesen betreten hat und in den Innenhof gegangen ist, man direkt Privatsphäre genießen konnte und ein wenig abgeschottet war von dem Trubel am Strand oder den Spaziergängern auf der Straße. Der Innenhof ist von Außen nicht einsehbar. In der direkten Umgebung (vielleicht 5 Minuten zu Fuß) entfernt, befindet sich auch schon der erste Sandstrand mit Restaurant. Auch andere Strände mit diversen Beachbars (Sand, Rasen /Wiese sowie Betonstrände und Naturstein / Felsen sind in der Nähe und zu Fuß erreichbar). Die besten Strände in der Nähe (die ich besucht habe) sind Firule, Basvice, Kastella, Kasjuni oder Bene. Das Anwesen befindet sich in Nähe der Spliter Altstadt / Stadtmitte in einem Stadtteil Firule mit vielen Krankenhäusern und Supermärkten, Cafés und Restaurants und Drogerien und wirklich allem, was einem in den Sinn kommt. Die Privatsphäre fast mitten im Stadtzentrum, die Strandnähe und die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber haben mir besonders gefallen. Außerdem, wie gesagt, ist das Anwesen und die Unterkunft gepflegt und sauber.

Die Unterkunft ist wie im Angebot beschrieben und dargestellt. Die versprochenen Leistungen und meine damit verbundenen Erwartungen wurden vollständig erfüllt. Danke!

Estava tudo conforme o descrito, ótimo custo benefício, principalmente para quem está de carro, a vaga é muito boa, a localização é boa, passávamos o dia inteiro fora e voltávamos só a noite. Foi ótimo e o anfitrião é nota 10 muito receptivo e passou várias dicas para nós.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Der Besitzer sehr freundlich. Es gibt alles in der Nähe was man braucht (Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand) Wir kommen wieder.
