The room was surprisingly larger and more modern than those depicted on Booking.com pictures. Clean and comfortable. It was an easy walk down to the beach in Le Lavandou and also the ferry in the morning.
The TV did not offer any English language channels. Normally, this would not bother me too much but on this occasion, they also did not have a fully functioning Wifi service. Being in a room at the end of the corridor the Wifi simply did not reach, plus it only appeared to work in the property when the office was open and unfortunately, they keep very strict short opening times, so although I knew check-in time was a very late 1700hrs, there was no-one there earlier to be able to leave your luggage. I arrived at 1.00pm. Only by chance when I went back to the hotel at approx 3.00pm someone was there.
