    Get off the streetcar at Pl. de la Bourse, 3 minutes. It is an ideal location for sightseeing. However, the wifi is almost useless. The router is probably only on the ground floor, and I had almost no connection in my room on the 2nd floor. The guidebook says “If you have a problem, go to reception” but at least the person in charge that day knew nothing about wifi and was no help at all. The building is old and the floor of the room is warped. The hallways are narrow and the elevator is full with two people in it. Breakfast is average for a continental, but there is a Nestle coffee maker so you can have a good cup of coffee. The facilities are certainly not comfortable at the two-star level. However, the location is great and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy sightseeing on a budget.
