About this house rental
This adorable Mid Century beach bungalow, built in the 1950's, boast tons of charm and history. Minutes from the beach, this home is located a just a brief walk from the public beach access. You can also enjoy amazing beach breezes and views while relaxing or dining on the screened porch. There is plenty of parking and lots of great space to enjoy time with friends or family.
Sleeping Arrangements:
• Master Bedroom – King-size bed
• Guest Bedroom 1 – Queen-size bed
• Guest Bedroom 2 – 2 Twin Bunk Beds (sleeps 4)
Kitchen & Dining:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, and crockpot. The dining table comfortably seats six guests.
Amenities:
• Wi-Fi
• Four TVs (Living Room and each bedroom)
• Electric Grill
• Various kitchen supplies
Starter Supplies:
The owner provides a starter supply of:
• Toilet paper (one roll per bathroom)
• Paper towels (one roll in the kitchen)
• Laundry detergent / Dryer Sheets
• Dishwasher detergent
Guests should bring enough additional toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, food, beverages, seasonings and any other items needed for their stay. Please send us a message if you are curious if anything not listed here is provided or not, and we would be happy to look into it.
Additional Notes:
Guest are not allowed to smoke inside the house. All smoking must be done outside with the door to the home closed. All tobacco products must be thrown away in the outdoor trashcan. Cigarette butts may not be thrown on the ground. Unfortunately, we do not allow guests to bring pets.

Great place to stay! It was just me and a friend that stayed here, but there was room for more. All of the rooms were decorated so nicely, you can tell the owners take pride in this rental. No, it wasn’t the newest house on the street, but it had so much character, and the layout of the rooms was great also. Our favorite part was the screened in porch. We stayed out there pretty much every evening and you could the ocean waves from it. I didn’t notice any other houses around us that had screened in porches so we felt quite special with ours lol. We had a minor problem the first morning but as soon as I contacted the owners they were right on it and it was fixed that afternoon, and they even checked on us later to make sure everything was still ok. As for necessities, this house had everything we needed. Seriously, we didn’t need anything. The kitchen had every utensil you could think of and plenty of cookware and dishes. It’s not right on the ocean but only a short walk away, less than two minutes, and you don’t have to cross a street. It was actually closer than when we stayed in a condo last year, we didn’t have to go up and down an elevator, walk thru a lobby, and than down a long boardwalk just to get to the beach. I would highly recommend this place, and I hope to go back there someday.

Great accommodations, close to the beach, wonderful communications, screen porch is beautiful, kitchen has all one needs for cooking and serving. The house is beautifully decorated and has a good vibe to it. It's different than other beach places and that is what I liked about it. Will stay here again!

Everything was perfect! They had plenty of sand toys of the kids! Walking distance to the beach even with toddlers! They even had coolers to take to the beach. Kitchen has everything you need to cook.

We absolutely loved our stay! These hosts are amazing and made us feel so welcome with s sweet note and welcome basket! As many have already shared, the property was extremely clean and well-equipped. Meal preparation was a breeze because there is literally everything you need including an electric grill which worked great! We ate every meal on the screened in porch which is positively delightful! You can hear the ocean and feel the marvelous breezes while relaxing in the rockers, porch swing, or when sitting at the picnic table. Our 7 and 4-year-old grandchildren loved the bunkbeds and the area to play under the cottage. And it is very close to the not-crowded beach. We spent part of every day there! We are really hoping that we can go again! Five stars!!!
