Amazing staff, views and food.

The fantastic staff were very welcoming and made us feel at home. The outside pool and jacuzzi were great, as was the food and the wonderful location that allows you to disconnect. We really enjoyed the free afternoon soup as well. Due to bad weather we didn't get to see the views that we came for, but amazing staff and food made up for it.

My room was next to the carpark which was a bit noisy and I carried my heavy luggage a long way from the underground parking to find the was a door from my room onto a parking space which would have made my life much easier

A unique experience

The staff is amazing! Very thoughtful and nice!! They think about all the details. I loved the room and the view! The food for breakfast and dinner is amazing. The food available too and has a fair price. They gave me all the information for the buses I needed to go visit other places. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel that takes you to Chiusa and to the Alps in Villandro. The structure of the hotel is amazing!. I have just good things to say. I totally recomend the hotel!

5 star feel, panoramic views, spa facilities and amazing set menu dinner

We loved the fact the owner greated us on arrival personally, gave us good recommendations for our hike (saved us money on the chair lifts by going to quieter locations) We hadn’t realised how many spa facilities they had other than the pool and hot tub, which was a lovely touch after a long day hiking We loved the farm animals and the breakfast, and dinner was the most reasonably priced, yet amazing - a different menu each day which you get to see and pre order! They had all their awards listed dated back over ten years and this place you can tell has a lot of love put into it from the owners, and they want this to be a place that feels like a 5* hotel. It certainly exceeded all expectations We were so lucky to get a complimentary up graded to a room with a view and balcony - thank you!!

The location. Views are outstanding. Staff kind, friendly and helpful. Nice rooms. Very clean. Very accommodating with dietary needs. The massages were excellent.

Excellent for hiking and relaxing (after)

The hotel is in a great location for hiking, I actually hiked to it from where I was before. When I arrived I was greeted by the owner with a drink, and after a quick shower I went for a swim and a soak in the hot tub, all with a view of the Dolomites. Dinner was very good as well and there's a rich breakfast buffet in the morning. Hourly bus connections (ticket included) to the town(s) below round it out.

Hard to say anything, blackout curtains in the rooms facing the parking lot might be appreciated; I didn't really mind much, but would've been nicer.

The hotel is very nice and cozy. The hosts are wonderful persons, eager to help with information and anything to make your staying perfect. The food is great, recommend. The bar has a lot of options, nice coktails and great wines. From the hotel terrace you will have a breathtaking view of the mountains. A wonderful place!

I loved the view from the room and also the pool and the jacuzzi have great view and are clean and well heated. The area of the property is really nice, surrounded by the forrest and being able to hear the birds singing. I liked the food, the breakfast had very good and various options and the dinners were good. I appreciated that we had the possibility to have a lunch package for hiking. The service was very good in all aspects and we had a wonderful time there. I think it's a very good value for the money and would love to return some other time.

The internet connection wasn't the best, but it was a good time to disconnect and relax.

Calm place with a great view and surroundings

Amazing food, amazing view, amazing wellness. I would definitely book again. It was a hidden paradise. It is not directly on a ski slope, but val gardena and other areas are not so far and the view on mountains is just stunning.

Location was spectacular with the most amazing views. We would watch the sun come up and set looking out on to the dolomites. The included breakfast was enough to fuel our day. As the hotel is located high up the mountain they offer meals in the evening where you can choose from two options. We were very happy with our stay.

Our next door neighbours were smokers and so the smell drifted in to our room. Not any fault from the hotel, it was just bad luck.

Breakfast was tasty and well prepared. Beautiful and amazing views of the mountains and meadows. Close to hiking trails. A great location to experience the Dolomites up close. The dinners at night were amazing - filling and unique dishes. Staff was responsive. The room was clean and well maintained. The hotel and area exceeded our expectations.

Driving a car to the hotel was scary at times. I wouldn't advise driving in the dark if you aren't familiar with the roads. There isn't much else to do besides hiking the trails in the area.

The staff was very kind to arrange flowers in the room as I asked them. The panorama is as beautiful as you expect it. The pool and wellness equipments are great and easily accessible. Breakfast is very good.

Be aware of the compromise for the panorama, there are 20min of narrow twisting roads to reach the hotel from the valley. Difficult to have the menu other than in German/Italian.

The hotel was perfect. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and spoke English. The kids loved the heated pool and animals and the view was spectacular.
