The property is very nice, clean, excellent location, peaceful and quiet. Nice view on the mountains. The room was new, big enough, big and comfortable shower, kitchen had all necessary utensils. I loved the place. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Good, speedy welcome on our arrival - we'd missed the predicted time of 3.30p.m. but everything was fine when we did arrive about 90 minutes later. We chose to park the rental car in the underground garage and understood this incurred a supplementary charge of 24euro for the 3 nights. Breakfast was good and the service exceptional from the Scottish hostess.

The surrounding area is a concrete jungle of similar appartments, and we had hoped to be nearer to the sea, but the staff found it difficult to tell us how to walk to the sea, which we didn't find until the following afternoon. A very overcrowded beach, too, unlike the one we're more used to at Saint Raphael. Hotel information is provided on a small sheet of paper with a QR code on it. We were unable to open the info provided and were told we 'knew everything in any case' so it didn't matter... We asked the reception staff to suggest a good restaurant and were provided with details of a small wine bar only. None of the staff knew where we might post letters - it seems that's a practice sadly way out of date... We understand that the guests' security is a prime concern of the management, but it was difficlut to find our way around both inside and out of the buildings - the key cards requiring two hands to open doors and there is no signposting anywhere to direct guests to the breakfast room, the exits and the pool. One of your staff told us that he'd been asked for more signs all the time he'd worked there, but no notice had been taken of his request. The nearest shops are a good half-hour walk away but, if you like milk in your tea, take it with you. I was told by the receptionnist that 'we don't have milk here'. In the event, the breakfast hostess provided me with exactly what my husband wanted for his cuppa. When we checked out - at the agreed time - there was no receptionnist available to do the formalities, so we left the keys an the counter and saw ourselves out. we later received an offended-sounding phone call reminding us that we should have chaecked out properly as there may have been some outstanding extras.I called them back and the receptionnist on duty didn't undersatnd the reason for my call as everything had been settled on arrival - as we had thought.

Comfortable bed

Room would not heat, dirty soap for cleaning the dishes, empty fridge, no room service, dirty curtains, the window shutters would not open, reception was not open 24 hours

I liked the size of my room and it was clean.

Just a pity I was too late to have a room with a bath
