Beautiful peaceful stay! Loved the wine tasting and the breakfast on the outdoor terrace. Room was stunning and exceptionally comfortable (the bed was amazing!). The hosts were welcoming and very friendly. Loved it. Would definitely return.

A property we have visited before so we’re familiar with it. We had the family room which is two rooms one with twin beds and the other a double. Great shower room and spacious
Coffee and tea faculties provided free of charge. We enjoyed our wine tasting experience and bought wine to bring home.
The family room has fans but no air conditioning so was quite warm high up in the building.
The entrance is very narrow with an iron gate.

Chateau de Melin is a stunning property in lovely scenery and with a working vineyard. We had a fabulous stay which included a free wine tasting, which we really enjoyed and learnt alot. The room was very well appointed and spacious. Breakfast was served in a light and airy breakfast room and there was plenty of choice. Car parking was just a short distance from the room. Helena and her staff were very friendly and knowledgable when it came to the wine tasting.
Note, accesss to our room was via a stone spiral staircase which was fine for us, if your mobility is restricted rooms on a lower floor would probably be preferable.
