Vriendelijkheid personeel, uitzicht op de bergketen (Atlasgebergte?).Aangenaam voor mijn jonge gezelle (14 en 17)

Ontzettend druk door 1200 gasten, vele jonge kinderen,aangenaam voor de jeugd. Heel druk in het restaurant. (maar dit ligt meer aan mij dan aan de omstandigheden. Beter andere periode kiezen, vóór Juli.

We really enjoyed our stay - everything was great! The location is amazing and the views are breathtaking. We also loved the food and really enjoyed trying new things every day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. At one point, my spouse needed medical assistance to check her blood pressure, and the doctor arrived very quickly.

As a downside, the Wi-Fi and internet speed weren’t very good, and it didn’t work at all inside the bathroom. We also noticed a slight sewage smell coming from the shower.

Big territory , nice staff , food above average, rooms are comfortable. Perfect for Russian speakers. The hookah guys are the nicest in the whole hotel + the market guys also very helpful .

The hygiene needs to be improved. The toilets are old . The pools also . The sea is full of big rocks ( bring a shoes ) . We had room number 2111 , suddenly we had one accident. The room was flooded by water that came from the garden ( the doors were closed ) . The positive thing that they reacted to the situation and solved the problem. There was a lot of water all over the room . Gladly we had no electronic devices attached to the floor. The hotel didn’t offered any apologizing gift . After all it’s not a luxury 5 star hotel .

Pillows. The fact that it mixes nature with architecture and looks cool.

Beach was barely OK; entrance into the sea is laced with huge slippery stones and the watter is pretty shallow so ended up slicing my foot on 2 ocassions. Due to Covid19 the restaurant staff have to put food on your plate which is a bit frustrating but perhaps this is due to suggestions from the state regulators. All types of birds make horrible loud sounds so if you are a light sleeper you will have issues sleeping. The bed mattress is very hard and difficult to get a good nights sleep. The spa, photo and shopping staff roam the beaches offering services which could be reduced in my opinion. The beach bar is understaffed you have to wait a long time to get your order. Staff speak english sparesly, they speak mostly russian.
