The view was mesmerizing, the bed was comfortable, shower was great, pool was delightful and staff were wonderful and helpful. Alturas wildlife sanctuary showed us how the animals live, the dangers they experience, behavior characteristics and what they need to be rehabilitated. Really informative and fascinating.
Lack of lighting on stairs at night.

This hotel was our favorite. It was so beautiful and the pool and restaurant were easily accessible from our room. We got up early to have coffee at the pool and bird watching. Wish we could have stayed longer.
The air unit in our room shut off at 8ish, was a hot uncomfortable night without much sleep but maybe we did not understand how to work the unit correctly.

Everything. The room, the location, the pool, the staff. We were greeted with a complimentary drink which was a great way to check in and relax. Food good too.
The road to get there was really terrible. The internet ent out in our room and it was difficult to work but did come back.

Such a great location with amazing sunset views!
Villa was sparsely decorated, minimal and not feeling like a home.
Small pool was crowded with (non-guest) families.
