We loved the location and the pool and the natural surroundings. Also, the shower was broken on arrival and it was fixed very quickly. There were good facilities, including an iron in the wash room, also a nice little sitting room with a piano and games. There was a bar near the pool but it wasn't open and didn't give times for when it would open.

The beds barely passed as beds, the springs stuck out of the mattress. The pillows were lumps of foam in pillow cases. The mobile home was very run down and quite dirty (cobwebs, dust, ripped cushions).The booking said there was air conditioning, there wasn't, just a fan, which wasn't great with a young child in the hot weather. We asked for breakfast for two days and it didn't come on the first morning. When I asked, the receptionist said that she hadn't seen me during the day before and she needed to know a time, which was never mentioned on check in.

Seul point noir, l’état du logement a l’arrivée. Ou sont les 3 étoiles ?

Le logement etait relativement neuf, bien équipé et bien agencé..

Être obligé de faire le ménage en arrivant. Celui ci n’avait pas été fait. Lavabo de la salle de bain traces de rouge à lèvre et de dentifrice. Miroir plein d’éclaboussures. Paillasse cuisine non nettoyée, grains de cafe partout. Vaisselle douteuse, Moutons sous les lits etc… rideaux extérieurs sales et pendouillants, crochets détachés par le vent. Les draps vieux et dépareillés, les serviettes sentaient l’humidité. L’environnement pas entretenu du tout, les infrastructures à l’abandon et inutilisables (tables de ping pont, piscine)

Chalet loin d’être prestige, malgré une région splendide / Anything but prestige, despite a stunning

Marie est exceptionnelle, une véritable perle. Ses recommandations de visites dans la région nous ont été très utiles pendant notre séjour. Mes filles ont également beaucoup profité de la piscine et le calme des lieux est particulièrement appréciable. En revanche, plusieurs points nous ont déçus. Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas dans le chalet, contrairement à ce qui était annoncé : il n’était accessible qu’à l’accueil, ce qui est trompeur. Nous avions choisi ce lieu, pourtant très cher pour 4 nuits, précisément pour cet équipement, et avons dû utiliser nos données mobiles avec nos téléphones anglais, à nos frais. Le parquet grinçait énormément, rendant les déplacements nocturnes bruyants pour tout le monde. La propreté laissait à désirer : toiles d’araignées au-dessus des lits, poussière au sol, étagères à nettoyer avant de ranger nos affaires, stores tachés et déchirés. Enfin, l’accès en voiture était difficile à cause du chemin en très mauvais état menant au chalet.

Marie is exceptional, a real gem. Her recommendations for local visits were extremely helpful during our stay. My daughters also thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and the peacefulness of the surroundings was particularly pleasant. However, several aspects were disappointing. The Wi-Fi did not work in the chalet, despite what was advertised; it was only available at reception, which is misleading. We chose this place—very expensive for four nights—specifically for this feature, and had to use our mobile data on UK phones at our own expense. The floorboards creaked loudly, making any movement at night disturb everyone’s sleep. Cleanliness was lacking: cobwebs above the beds, dust on the floor, shelves that needed cleaning before we could use them, and blinds that were stained and torn. Finally, the road leading up to the chalet was in poor condition, making access by car difficult.

- Super Lage: Villars ein sehr süßer kleiner Ort. Tolle Bar dort: Bar des Amis! - schön in der Natur gelegen - absolute Ruhe

- Veraltete Anlage. Nicht gepflegt: am Pool bröckeln überall der Putz und die Fliesen ab. Der Pool wurde auch schon länger nicht mehr gereinigt. - veraltete Unterkunft: wackliges Hochbett, keine Sonnenmarkise, weil abgefallen, wackelige Gartenmöbel. - unfreundlicher Gastgeber, der keine Lust auf Gäste zu haben scheint: Wir wurden vorab informiert, dass die Rezeption sonntags geschlossen ist. Alles gut. Als der Gastgeber trotzdem kurz auf der Anlage war, wollte ich ihn nur kurz fragen, ob wir am Tag darauf Frühstück bekommen könnten (wie es auf der Homepage steht). Ohne Begrüßung hat er mich nur angeblafft, dass heute geschlossen ist und es kein Frühstück geben wird. Und ich zu meinen (recht großen) Kindern gehen soll, weil die nicht alleine am Pool sein dürfen.
