The staff was super nice and pleasant. Very open to help out and accommodate our needs. They cleaned every day and provided nice breakfast. The terrace was so nice, and one evening when we wanted to spend time there they made us tea and arranged everything for us. Super sweet!
It was a bit hard to find the Riyad, so some directions or signs to the Riyad would have been appreciated.
One thing we did not like is that the room felt very humid and the warmer sheets were full of dust so one of us got an allergic reaction.

We arrived on a Tuesday , 3 of the 4th days we had a person that spoke only Arab and it was imposible to communicate or get help (I speak 4 languages ) it was our 1st time in Marrakech and we need help at how to get out and back to the Riad , how to get to a Restaurant close by or get a cup of tea 30 min earlier when we were going on an early day trip . In 4 days we saw the person in charge that spoke English or French or Spanish or Italian 1 time . The Riad is inside the Medina and not easy to find , the area around is only ok . At the end of our trip we stay 2 more days ( we had paid a month in advance a total of 6 nights) and it was very nice , we had a gentleman that we could communicate with , kind and helpful .
