Just amazing! The place, the owner, the breakfast…. Everything

Perfect position to visit historical center of Paraty and is very clean and nice!

Good value and experience.

The location is great, close to the “action” but far enough from the noise. Great view of the “cais” (Marina). It is charming as it is one of the Historic buildings, so it is as expected simple as luxury entails.

It is very simple, so don’t expect a 5 stars facility. No swimming pools, restaurants and fancy amenities.

It was comfortable, good breakfast and the location was well situated.

The was a mishap with a parcel of ours and this caused some unwanted stress during our stay.

A fantastic little place to stay with friendly vibe and greet location.

Perfectly located with very friendly staff comfortable and good breakfast.

Soundproofing could have been a little better with a noisy child next door to begin, but it was quiet most of the night. So just a small thing.

The location, the deep mahogany wood that made up the stairs the floorboards and beds are beautiful. The staff was first class.

Charming hotel by the historic centre

We got the mezzanine room with a view of the water - absolutely worth it. Staff are incredibly kind and helpful; breakfast included a nice spread with lots of options for fruits, breads, cakes, cheeses and cold cuts.

Road to pausada is quite some struggle with car. Parking not directly at location ( but it is a nice and safe parking). Because of outside breakfast place quite struggling with birds and bugs. Our sea view was more like “you can try and peak to see sea”

Not just a stay, but an experience!

See how the city wakes up and understand the movement of the tides just in front of the cais of Paraty is amazing! The building is from the 17th century, however is clean and fully renovated. Next to the best restaurants and main tourist attractions. Tony and all the staff were incredibly friendly. Great experience.

where is located, and how cool the property is

I think it’s a easy fix. maybe the breakfast area (tables ) are too cramped. not enough space to pull your chair. also, I had to ask a couple time for coffee. But, to be fair, they had another bottle of coffee ready in the kitchen, so, I thought that would be easier just to put both on the breakfast table.
