Authenciteit, oprechte vriendelijkheid van Lucy en Angel. Gezelligheid, kleinschaligheid, de aandacht voor de natuur en het milieu. De door Lucie gekookte maaltijden zijn hoogwaardig van kwaliteit en bereid met verse locale producten. Angel bezit een grote dosis humor en heeft een zeer positieve warme uitstraling. Hij heeft zeer veel kennis van de natuur en de geschiedenis van Alajar en de omgeving. De adviezen voor de wandelingen zijn fenomenaal.
