Palm Oasis Maspalomas

We had an awesome stay at this villa hotel. The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic, and the drink bar was a great addition. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. Our kids absolutely loved the pool and spent most of the day swimming until it closed. The buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent, with plenty of choices and great quality food. Parking is available for a fee and does not require advance booking, which was very convenient. There were activities every evening, and the kids especially enjoyed the magic show. Our villa was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a full kitchen. An Aldi supermarket is within walking distance, which is ideal if you prefer to cook your own meals. The hotel is also conveniently located near many attractions, including beaches with water sports, sand dunes, camel rides, and other activities, all within a 10–20 minute drive. The only small improvement I would suggest is extending the jacuzzi timer a little longer. Overall, a wonderful family-friendly hotel with great facilities, excellent food, and a relaxing atmosphere. We would happily stay here again.

The location is not very close to anything. We tried to use the shuttle to beach once which was from another hotel nearby and gave up waiting despite being told it was always on on time. The staff in the restaurant at breakfast time were pretty much rude and unhelpful The living room sofa was uncomfortable

The rooms were very spacious and clean Lovely bathroom. Great kitchen space Loved our end room with a seating area And it was so nice it was an end room and bottom floor room so it was very handy and close to pool

Shower temperature went from hot to cold sometimes. Was a bit of a distance away from places
