+ friendly Hotel owner and stuff + close to the beach + every day is cleaned, towels changed + close to a supermarket, restaurants + every room has a balcony with laundry hanger to drying wet laundry

- we got a bathroom with a shower curtain, it always stick on you - at first glace it is clean, but behind the sink or the toilet there was unfortunately increased dirt accumulated through the years - the bed and the pillows were not really comfortable, but they did their job

Decent place for a short stay. Clean. Kind staff. Welcoming owners.

The location was ok, the village is small, anyway, so everything is close by. The room was very nice, quiet and clean. Breakfast was cheap. The beds were new and comfy. The staff was amazing. The management/owners were welcoming and mostly pleasant. They answered questions and gave advice about shoppint, etc. There is a small children playground within the hotel. The beach, restaurants and bars are near by.

Location is ok, but at a crossroad that adds to the traffic noise. But it was mostly quiet. One has to walk via an arguably unsafe road with no sidewalk to get to the beach. The breakfast was mostly based on sweet/sugary spreads (honey, marmalade/jam) and butter + 1 boiled egg or a few slices of low quality ham and yellow cheese. But the price of breakfast was low, to compensate for it. Even though the booking.com description clearly stated that "guests can also have lunch at Liakada's restaurant" we were very unpleasantly surprised to learn from the management that the restaurant won't be open during our stay. The owner said that he decided to close it. It was open the previous weeks, apparently. Even when we pointed to the description on booking.com, he neglected it and gave lame excuse. But he was nice in his "I'm always right" attitude. The place used no "do not disturb" signs, so we were disturbed by the cleaning staff knocking on the door often. But they were very nice. Suggestion: Before booking, do check if the restaurant is open at all. If I knew it had been closed, I wouldn't have booked this place. So we were stuck and had to figure out our lunch options. Our room had no kitchen, so pricey restaurants were our only option.

Amazing price - quality!

This hotel offers so much for such a low price! The rooms are spacious and so clean! The rooms have a balcony with a table and chairs. There's airco and a TV. There are mosquito nets on the windows. The beach is a 3 minute walk away. There are restaurants with sunbeds and a supermarket on the beach. The hosts are friendly but not intruding, helpful and speak very good English. I literally have not one bad thing to say !

Everything was excellent...!!!

Everything was excellent...!!! The Owners were very kind and friendly and always ready to help... The food in the hotel restaurant was very tasty. The beach was 100 meters from the hotel it was very nice and clean. I recommend this Property to everyone that would like to have amazing holidays in Gerakini, Chalkidiki.

Ein rundum erholsamer Urlaub!

Kleines einfaches, aber sehr gemütliches Hotel in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Das neu renovierte Familienzimmer, einschließlich neuem Mobiliar, hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Täglich frische Handtücher und alle 2 bis 3 Tage frische Bettwäsche. Das Frühstück ist einfach aber gut und der Preis mit 4 € pro Person mehr als angemessen. Restaurants und Supermarkt sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Hervorzuheben sind die überaus netten und sehr freundlichen Besitzer, die für alle Fragen gerne zur Verfügung stehen. Ob es um Ausflugsziele geht, um Hilfe bei einer Autovermietung oder sonstigen Dingen… einfach ansprechen und es wird geholfen. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehn!!!
